Food truck in a charming trailer park. Amazing fresh made pasta with authentic Italian flavors. Delicious pasta and really impressive desserts. The place is usually busy with a bit of a wait but the staff is super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

I stumbled upon Artipasta at the Thicket Food Park and WOW — this place is a gem. The fresh pasta is next level, full of flavor and made with so much love. You can truly taste the difference. The team working the trailer was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain all the dishes. Just look at the photo of my TAGLIATELLE LEMON HAM — doesn’t it make you hungry? Trust me, it tastes even better than it looks.

Thicket is always a class favorite, but Artipasta is a standout for sure. All of the pasta is homemade and super yummy, plus its super underrated for dessert. The food truck park is super cute with clean restrooms in the lot. Katrina and Rick were also so helpful with recommendations! We’ll be back, and bring the pooch!

This trailer is my new obsession. Artipasta serves up real Italian pasta — handmade, perfectly cooked, and rich with flavor. The staff is super welcoming and always greet you with a smile. They really make you feel like family. Check out the pic I snapped of my MACCHERONI CREAMY SAUSAGE AND MUSHROOMS — it was almost too pretty to eat. Almost.

Slightly disappointed with my bowtie basil pasta, the taste was satisfactory and didn’t really live up to the 4.6 rating it has received. I ordered delivery via Uber eats, so didn’t get to experience it hot and fresh I suppose, but $15.99 for pasta and tomatoes? That’s a little overpriced. Ordered the panna cotta, was the first time having experienced it, so there’s nothing i can really compare it to. Spent $23.98 on my order.

We wanted Italian food and what we got was simply amazing! This is not your average restaurant, this is like being in someone’s home and they make you a home cooked meal. The freshness of every ingredient is unmistakable. My family of 5 had a different dish, we tried each one and honestly, everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re up for something different and delicious.

Some of the most delicious pasta I’ve had in Austin ❤️ They gave me big flavors that were balanced, the food came to me hot, fresh and aromatic. The Pasta itself…perfect…Al Dente. Spectacular place! I got the macaroni with mushrooms and it couldn’t have been better, just a delicious great pasta dish. I also got the panna cotta which was very good. I enjoyed it a lot and wish there was more. There’s a lot of options on the menu which all look great with various cool pasta shapes so I’d love to come back for more. The area was also very nice and lovely with many other food trucks.

Let’s start by saying if you want your food prepared correctly, don’t come here. I ordered a pasta dish and clearly asked multiple times for no parmesan. My receipt said “parmesan on the side,” so I assumed it would not be added. When I got to my car, the parmesan was on my food anyway. Simple instructions should not be this hard to follow.
