A real life potato bar…YES! Don’t let the name throw you off, I almost did because everyone kept calling it a deli and I can’t eat bread. This is a potato lovers dream!
I ordered #26 – broccoli, cauliflower, bacon and cheddar This was everything I had hoped for AND more. Honestly I hate a nacho cheese sauce and I can’t tell you if this was or was not, it was GOOD. And the bacon…are you kidding! This bacon could have been the worst bacon ever… but, you guessed it: DELICIOUS!
Now, they do have sandwiches and pastas and desserts and drinks so it’s not just potatoes, but if you’re like me and love the comfort of a good potato, that other food doesn’t even matter.
I don’t know how or who but can someone please open one of these in North East Indiana?

Love Arthur’s but for some reason everytime I go im missing something on my sandwich or my sandwich is drenched in condiments, where it’s so wet, it’s not even enjoyable! Highly disappointed latley!

January 24th 2026 will go down in Sterling IL history as a dark day. Not only for Sterling but for Aurthers Garden Deli as well. It all started when we got a craving for Aurthers. Pulled up to the drive through and just sat and waited. Zero buisness or vehicles. She said please wait? Then at least a minute wait in below zero weather? When we gave order she corrected everything we said. For example hot and sweet mustard had to be said sweet and hot… she was an absolute Karen the entire time. More concerned about closing down than customers or service. It was only 740 ish p.m.? Over 40 years I have come here and I am writing this to inform the owners. What a little snot. Also I come through after work once a week and this wait with no customers often happens and is extremely annoying. I am often told they have no soup or various other items because they are often closing down and it is only 6 to 8pm when I go through. So I have been going less and less. Have some bad apples working nights!

these people are thieves. Completely got 84$ worth of food wrong and when I asked for either a replacement or refund as zero out of 6 sandwiches were eaten they refused than offered a 25 gift card and had me trespassed for asking for them to make it right, so how would I have even been able to use the gift card that wouldn’t even cover TWO sandwiches. Great community place right you steal from working folks who just wanted the correct food. Pathetic

This is the second time I have ordered a work of art from the Sterling location. The first time my sandwich was plain and I didn’t order it like that, I called them twice and nobody ever called me back. Then the second time I ordered light mayonnaise and light mustard and they didn’t put any on there at all. I think I’m not going to be going back there for a while

Well I’ve been eating Arthur’s for about 24 years and never gotten sick from it but last night I got food poisoning and so did another family member, I really hope they cover down on this and get it fixed because I’d really hate to have to stop going.

Used to enjoy, however, the quality has significantly gone down. $10 now for a sandwich, $5+ for a small side and nearly $10 for a baked potato. They also made my order wrong and gave me pastrami instead of roast beef. It tasted worse than the cheapest store bought deli.
