This food was soo delicious! I was disappointed that they closed down the one in East Brunswick year’s ago. I forgot how good the food really is. The fish n chips was just right and not greasy like other restaurants. I loved the Hush Puppies, I didn’t know the meal come w them. I give them 3⭐️ because they’re too stingy w the fries.

Wow. I ordered my food, paid and was made to wait 20 minutes to get my food. I was hoping that meanr they were making it fresh. Not the case. The hush puppies were black and couldn’t even bite it it was so hard. The fries were greasy and burnt. The cole slaw was not edible. Completely unacceptable. Skip this get Charlie’s instead.

The fries came out black, the hush puppy’s came out black, the fish came out black. When was the last time that oil was changed/ cleaned??? The hot dog was barely warm. Would not eat here again until they learn to change the cooking oil.

Didn’t want to leave a bad review, the Rockaway Mall location advertises open until 9pm Sundays but the Mall closes at 6pm! I like the food but that was a wasted 30 minute drive for nothing. WTH

I absolutely LOVED Arthur Teacher’s in Kansas City when I was a kid. All of them are gone now. It was bought and sold so many times and to many owners and managers didn’t care so the health department closed them permanently!! You simply can not have cockroaches and little worms crawling around in the food!!!

Definitely not worth $8 w/o a side of drink. The fish is very dry yet soaked with oil and those two hash browns are hard yet nothing inside. Coleslaw is ok and the fries are really good. Won’t revisit though, I can get a nice meal from Charlie’s or Sarku Japan for that price.

this Arthur Treacher‘s is wonderful. The food is exactly as old Arthur Treacher‘s always was. We both had fish and chips. The woman who waited on us was so friendly and accommodating. She made each order fresh and served it with a smile.

I would not eat at this place!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We almost eat a bug in the fish after almost eating the entire piece of fish ewwww . The bug was fried under the fish batter. The manager tried to tell us it didn’t come from there. Are you kidding me?? We just bought the food like 10 minutes ago . Nasty restaurant!!!!!! The state department of public health need to inspect this place!
