Asada Fries without the asada !!! WTH !!! I got home and surprised !!! No carne or nothing just the fries !!! I was so upset I ordered for my daughter , she came home ready to eat , she was so happy to eat her asada fries and when she open the container was just fries Arsenios was closed so I just call the next day to let them know, no because I want them to make me a refund or make me a new order , I call just to make sure they focus and they get the right order lol but that girl said oh I’m not working that shift just comeback tonight, so I come in to eat some food for my self , and I just explain to them, and she said call tomorrow when the manager is here !!! Come on I!!!!!!! I don’t want the asada fries !!!! I’m just letting them know that they need to get their stuff together employees in Arsenios on M street are sucks , very bad customer service!!!

This place used to be the best place for breakfast burritos but today 9/23/24 I do t know if the owner or original cook was off but what went from a five star burrito went to a 1 star. Made different taste was off portions were off leaked all over we the wrapping had to use the bag to prevent juice from getting all o we the place and the bag full of juice too. I won’t be back to this place anymore. I used to recommend this place to my friends this place was better than the other locations in this valley but in my opinion not any more. Completely disappointed with today’s purchase. Had to force myself to eat it.

I stopped by for lunch and ordered the chilaquiles with chicken, extra crunchy. My order was prepared quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent, which is why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

Arsenio’s Mexican Food, Me & my daughter’s best friend came here for lunch it was my (first time) but she has been here before & we did the drive thru !!! I had gotten the Chili Verde Burrito & a drink & she had gotten the Bean & Cheese Burrito & a order of the Rolled Tacos with Guacamole & whatever else comes with it & a drink also. Ordered two carne asada taco plates and ate there. The meat taste like it was boiled, no flavor at all!!! The tortillas were cold. The beans looked like runny mud!!! Complete waste of money!!!! Save your money and boil your own meat. Way to expensive to be this bland!!!
