Ingredients are fresh and delicious, portions are large and filling but where’s the flavor?!.. It’s just plain chicken and vanilla ice cream has more excitement than that enchilada sauce.
Good and filling but bland

Ordered tacos al pastor and chili cheese fries with carne asada through the drive thru. The road was so loud we were barely able to communicate. It took a while to get our food and confusing on where to wait for it. Once we got our food I was disappointed to see my tacos were not authentic, they were hard shell tacos. They didn’t even taste or look like al pastor (not a pineapple in sight) The fries were ok but it barely had any meet in them. Lots of cheese though. Maybe I confused this place with an authentic Mexican restaurant and it’s just a local taco bell type of restaurant??

Beyond disappointed paid $9 for a Carne Asada burrito, which was filled with nothing but mainly potatoes that tasted boiled what seemed like powered eggs and 8 LITTLE cubes of steak. This was at their thatcher location. Picked out my 8 tiny pieces of steak and the rest went straight in the trash. You should be ashamed charging $9 for that.

Stopped in for a breakfast burrito and got a lunch burrito as well. I was the only person in the place and it took nearly 10 minutes to get two burritos.
Carne Asada lunch burrito was 75% refried beans with a tiny bit of meat. She punched the sharpie through the foil and wrote on my tortilla…
Breakfast burrito was ok, nothing special.
Would not return, especially with all the better options around.

Staff was super nice and helpful, food was made to order. The shells were a little over cooked but other then that it was good. We had chicken taco/rice&beans dinner plate about 10.50 and a cup of menudo for about 4.40 came with tortilla, onions, seasons, and lime juice.

The mexican omelet resembled pureed food or hog slop. It was okay tasting but had a horrible presentation. Pure light colored mush. Not even resembling an omelet. Very small and not worth 13.00. I saw maybe one ground up egg in the potatoes. There used to be a true beautiful big yellow omelette with peppers and green onions. Will not be returning.

When in Pueblo, CO., and need some delicious Mexican food on the go, Arriba is the place. From crispy beef tacos to street carnitas tacos, this is the stop and go place. The hostess was very courteous and informative about the city.

Best refried beans I’ve found in Pueblo. Enchiladas were great too. The lady who helped us was very nice and their prices are reasonable. I’ve actually found a place that I will go back to often.
