The host sat us quickly and they greeted us with chips and salsa we doubled up on the chips and salsa they were so good.
We all ordered the sizzling fajitas and they came out fast and sizzzling fozzhile as any other sizzling platter there is a bunch of onions and peppers but got to know how to eat it evenly needless to say the chicken and tender and so was the beef shrimp was very juicy and tasty. Guacamole and pico the gallo was fresh sour cream straight out the pack
Hot soft tortillas
Also ordered a torta de lengua, had fresh veggies and they did not skimp on the lengua
charro beans were amazing!
they understand where we were so they hit the spot with my sweet tea
Our waitress Brittany B. was very attentive and gave great service! The atmosphere was nice and place was well decorated. a little dark but thats okay , the big screen tvs made up for the dim lights.
Passing through on a trip , too bad this place is too far or else i would come here often!

Traveling from Dallas to the Panhandle, and I always went to Lupe off the highway. They were closed this time, so we found Arquitos. I was pleasantly surprised to find the food was just as good. I’ve since ventured off the highway in Vernon and found a few good spots.

I had order a plait that said shrimp and fajita plate The thing is the shrimp came out all burnt and there was no fajita. I tryed to blow it off and asked the waiter and she said that it did not come with no fajita just shrimp ended up paying something for something that was not on my plate. But how she said the shrimp is the fajita what an odasity and in computers of a waiter and if you all want tips how about you ask if we want refills on our drinks too

Driving through Vernon, we wanted to find a local Mexican Restaurant and happy we found Arcos! Our waitress was excellent, (do not remember her name) and the entire wait staff helped all the tables… Now, most importantly the food…
It was excellent! Husband’s platter had green chilie sauce that was some of the best he’d ever had! My taco was stuffed with chicken and it was excellent as well! Enjoy this place!
