Worth the effort to find this eclectic gem of a restaurant. Home cooking breakfast and lunch with unique specials. I had the fried flounder with Mac and cheese and spinach, also added a side of onion rings.

Never a disappointment!!!!! This is my go to place when i want anything good to eat, food is always fresh.love the club sandwich and the chef salad is the biggest one and made to order (never made the day before)and the daily specials are awesome. The staff is always upbeat and friendly, gives you that small town feeling. I have never has bad meal here yet and I’ve been eating here for the past 2 years for at least no less than once/twice a week weather breakfast or lunch. keep up the great work

Good food, excellent service but not quite a 5 star experience. Country fried steak was great but biscuits taste like mass produced and the potatoes were chewy, seriously couldn’t figure that out. Coffee is good and they brewed us a new pot. If I’m in the area I’ll be back but won’t necessarily go out of my way to get there. Thanks for the warm reception and the breakfast!

Stopped in and wasn’t disappointed. The staff are very personable and the food is on point. Tried the smothered pork chops with collard greens and baked apples. It was the best I’ve had in ages. Definitely worth the time to go to and try. I will be returning.

The staff is super, as well as the food. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door by a server, by the cook and other staff. We both ordered the breakfast special, mine was with biscuits and my brother had grits. We both enjoyed it. It’s a little hard to find…but I’m certainly glad we found it. I am on vacation in the area, leaving in 5 days…I will be going back before I leave, taking my other brother.

Read the reviews and had to give it a try. Glad I did! Great breakfast for under $10 (2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon, home fries, a biscuit, and coffee). The owner and chef was down to earth. Fantastic service. I’m going back to try lunch!

Family set up, small sitting area but neat and cozy. Super friendly service(5 Star), fresh warm food. Reasonable priced.

I hesitate to tell the truth for fear the masses will all come here and ruin my oasis. The place is smallish, somewhat quaint and for me quite comfortable. The service is very good and so is the food. So please, if you come here, bring your best manners and should you have a kid in tow, keep them under control. Do not ruin my little slice of heaven on earth. Thanks.

A warm welcome as soon as I walked in this quaint and bustling restaurant. I had a couple of questions about the tuna sandwich I wanted to purchase and received accurate information. I enjoyed my tuna salad on a roll, with potato chips, and for my sweet, a moist piece of strawberry cake. Wonderful staff, efficient service and customer service.

The restaurant is a little hard to find. It’s tucked in the corner of a building that has a business called Dolan Mechanical. The GPS tried to take me to the next parking lot over but if you pay attention, there are little signs on the road for the place. The food is on point. I got breakfast and enjoyed every bite. The lady that seated us, whom I assume is the owner, was a sweet lady and very attentive waitress. I would most definitely recommend this place.
