The classic dinner with soda fountain and bakery. Love this place, but I’m nostalgic. I had the turkey with mashed potatoes stuffing and green peas. It was so good I dove in and forgot to take a picture. I was full enough to take time to get pictures of dessert.

Great spot with good food and solid service
Stopped in at Around the Clock Restaurant and overall had a nice experience. The food was pretty good and the service was friendly—just a bit slow getting our meals out, but nothing too bad.
As someone following a carnivore diet, I do wish they were a little more flexible or offered options to swap out the carbs. I ended up with potatoes and toast I didn’t eat (fed them to the animals instead of letting it go to waste). Would’ve been nice to get a small discount or have more protein-focused choices, but I get it—it’s a diner!
All in all, a clean place with good food and I’d definitely come back.

Quintessential diner with great breakfast menu. The Chicken-Fried Steak plate was very good and generous.

This is the most welcoming Restaurant that I have been to in a long time. You are greeted at the door by a very nice hostess. Your waitress comes promptly and asks for your beverage order. Then she gets your food order. The food is made to order and very delicious. The servings are large. I took half of it home for breakfast the next day.
It was nice to be at a breakfast restaurant where manners and gracious dining are still in style!

Decided to bring my wife here for her birthday dinner. Our appetizer was onion rings with a side of ranch? Ranch… Did not taste like ranch at all. Ordered the turkey, gravy with stuffing and mashed potatoes. Pretty good! Service was excellent and Peyton was amazing and professional. So thank you and we hope you get the recognition you deserve! All in all it was a great experience!

I had a great experience there, the server was very polite. For the first time, in a long time, they didn’t mess up my friend’s order which was amazing because I don’t like to see him getting mad. He loves food, I was glad they got his order right. Next time I go there I have to try their biscuits and gravy, the waiter told me they only serve it in the morning. I guess I’ll have to set up an alarm early in the Am next time I’d want to go there.

A tasty and busy diner, reminiscent of a good “Jersey” diner. The menu isn’t quite as expansive, but IMO that’s a good thing.
Breakfast was spot on and the chicken soup was very good.
It has that diner feel, busy, buzzing and full of people talking and socializing. Something a bit lacking in today’s world.

The food is great! But most of all the environment and energy Is what will have us coming back. We had a waitress Emma. She is the sweetest most attentive waitress we’ve ever had. She will definitely have us going back in the near future! Give that woman a raise!

I’m staying in the area just for a long weekend. I stopped in for lunch today. WOW!! I couldn’t believe how big the portions are and delicious as well. And the baked goods will blow you away. I got a veggie sandwich and onion rings, both were excellent! Had to bring half back to my room. I would absolutely stop here again.
