We had dinner at Aromi for the first time and were incredibly impressed by the amazing food and service. The owner, German Jr., and our server, Steven, were both very friendly and attentive. The northern Italian cuisine reminded us of the delicious food we had in Venice and Milan. We started with the frito misto and Mediterranean salad as appetizers, and they were absolutely delicious. For our main course, we ordered the veal Parmesan and seafood spaghetti, both of which were incredibly tasty. This restaurant is a hidden gem in the local area and definitely worth a visit if you’re in Summerlin.

Some good dishes, some not so good. The pork chop one the specials menu was excellent, one of the best pork chops I’ve ever had at an Italian place. The risotto was fine but I didn’t like how al dente it was. Maybe that’s how risotto is suppose to taste but the crunchy texture made it see less creamy. The wild boar pappardelle, cabonara, fritto misto, burata, and beef carpaccio were all pretty good, woukd get again. Would not recommend the chicken parmesean or piccata. For dessert, loved the Panna cotta.

We’ve been twice now so I feel confident saying Aromi is reliable for great food and service. Last night we went for my wife’s birthday and everything was *perfect*. The Caprese salad is deliciously prepared using a basil-infused olive oil. My wife had the Linguine Bottarga and I had a daily special of Alaskan Halibut. Both were superb. Their dessert cannoli was the best I’ve ever had. The prices make this a splurge for us, but we always walk away feeling happy we went. Great place.

First time eating here. Everything was amazing! Our waiter was great and attentive, not pushy at all. We started with Pulpo (octopus) and the scallops. Then we had the special of the day ( halibut ) and the chicken parm. Then we had tiramisu for dessert and the chocolate cake. Yum 10/10

Black truffle mushroom risotto was so delicious we ordered one more order to go. From appetizers to dessert everything was just like it would be in Italy except service was much better at Aromi:) If I lived in Summerlin I would be here every week.
