It’s wonderful to finally have a truly authentic Sri Lankan restaurant in North Carolina, right here in the Raleigh–Durham area. The food was absolutely amazing, we ordered the Nasi Goreng, fried rice, Koththu, and chicken curry, and every dish was bursting with authentic flavor and spice.
The owner and staff were very welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was cozy, the service was attentive, and the prices were very reasonable for the quality and portions.
I’m already looking forward to going back and trying more dishes on the menu!
If you’re in the Raleigh, NC area, Aromaa Spice is a must-try for authentic Sri Lankan food! The menu is incredible — from hoppers and egg hoppers to deviled fish, cutlets, rolls, and flavorful Sri Lankan tea. The restaurant is cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The owners and staff treat customers like family and make sure you have a great experience every time.
I’ll definitely be coming back — a true gem for Sri Lankan cuisine in Raleigh!

We two families drove all the way from Fayetteville, NC to Raleigh (1 Hr 15 Mnts) just to try this newly opened restaurant. We tried the Pol Roti, Egg Hoppers, Nasi Goreng, and Mix Kottu. each dish was absolutely delicious and full of flavor.. The location is great, the restaurant is very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Totally worth the drive
we had a Falooda and it was good too ,they have other juice options too. The service was friendly and the atmosphere cozy—felt like a little slice of Sri Lanka right here in North Carolina.
Everything was spot on. We’ll definitely be going back soon!
