There are far too many tourist traps, sports bars, and so-so seafood restaurants in town, Aroma is the very Best, They raise the bar for what it means to Offer up traditional food that’s true to Heart
Harkening back to the Homeland of these Absolutely incredible, superiorly talented Hard working men and women who make Aroma a place we’ve loved revisiting for years, they’re consistent, the Kabobs are divine, the baklava is out of this world, and the owners should be very proud of themselves for doing one thing, and doing it well…. Top notch Food at affordable prices with Exceptionally perfect portions, You’ll never leave Here hungry that’s for sure, Yuri the Manager / Owner is World Class…. My work has brought me all over the world and it’s rare you’ll find someone as genuinely exceptional as him, He’s a master class in What it means to Deliver on the promise for Incredible Quality, fair prices, and great service, He is truly too notch and should be very proud of himself, Because everyone we’ve ever talked to or brought along with us has absolutely Loved Aroma, In fact, We’ve been known to visit from PA, and Only stay for the weekend, it’s not unusual for us to visit Aroma twice in a weekend, When you Hear places that the locals know about, sure, they’ll send you to lots of other places, because they know The best kept secret is Aroma and they’ll often keep a good thing like this to themselves, so, I’m Here to tell You, if you’re reading reviews, chances are you’re on the fence and have a few places in mind, Take my advice and choose Aroma over the Awful Sports bars and tourist traps or Seafood places that Couldn’t tell you the first thing about where the fish came from or who delivered it to the beach, or how it was handled inbetween, Aroma is a feast for the senses, From the moment the super friendly staff welcomes you in, You’ll sit for a feast for the senses, The Appetizers are plentiful, the dips like the hummus and carrot & their eggplant dips have all be tried, enjoyed, and ordered again by us, The Chicken Kebabs and Branzino are unparalleled, the drinks are awesome, I’ve never had a better tea anywhere in the world, and The desserts, well let’s just say They know before we even sit down we’re having the baklava because it can’t be beat, You haven’t had baklava until you’ve had Aromas Baklava!!!!
Thank You aroma for more incredible memories, You’re a huge favorite of ours, we return every chance we get, We bring friends and encourage everyone Here to choose Aroma every single town, there’s just nothing else that will compare anywhere in town (or within miles of it honestly!!!!)

Aroma is a quaint little cottage-turned-Mediterranean restaurant tucked away in Rehoboth—and such a charming find! My son, who’s from NYC and has a serious love for Mediterranean food, really enjoyed the meal, which says a lot.
I had the chicken kebabs—flavorful and well-seasoned, though the presentation was unexpected. The jasmine rice was especially delicious—full of flavor and perfectly cooked. My son ordered the Branzino and gave it two thumbs up. We also shared the white bean salad, which was a standout—fresh, light, and packed with flavor.
We did try the pickled cabbage, but it was a bit too sweet for our taste. The service was kind and attentive, and the whole vibe was cozy and inviting.
All in all, a solid experience. I’d give it a 7/10—worth a visit if you’re in the area and craving Mediterranean with a touch of charm!

This restaurant is our favorite in Rehoboth!We are coming every summer with my turkish family and we tried everything. Its hard to find whole fish around here and they are serving whole branzino which is my favorite. As a turkish, my highly recommendations are humus, lahmacun adana kebab. If you are big group you need to try aroma dip combo as a starter.

Had walked by Aroma a million times, and enjoyed one of it’s previous occupants multiple times when it was Stoney Lonen. So glad we enjoyed Aroma – what a feast. Our party of seven made a reservation and was seated promptly. The service was friendly and quick with a recommendation. We enjoyed everything. The cocktail list was great, and the hummus and fresh pita to start with was to die for. Fresh, made from scratch, flavorful, and authentic. I enjoyed my mixed grill a lot – enough of everything to try and a really yummy, satisfying meal. Next time we are going to try the desserts! They got the kids food out first, which is always appreciated, and every order was perfect. Great time – we had a fabulous meal. Thanks so much!

I had a reservation in that place. İt can be considered as the best decision to find these types of places next to Atlantic Ocean. I utterly appreciated the condition of tables and circumstances. All crew were sincere, frank and really friendly. Thanks them that all food was served on time and adequate form for our orders. I definitely suggest to you visit this place if you want to feel absolute and corresponding cultures of Mediterranean regions included taste and music. 🙂

My sisters and I are visiting Rehoboth this weekend and ate at Aroma last night—it felt like we were in someone’s home kitchen—the food was amazing, service attentive and friendly, and the environment was calm which was so nice. We shared the hummus, grilled snapper entree, lamb chop entree, and the knafeh for dessert—planning to return and would order the exact same thing again. So good!! 5 stars!

My last review of Aroma was from three years ago during the pandemic, so it needed replacing. Back then, we usually ordered carry out of the mixed grill, which is a ton of wonderfully seasoned meat dishes.
This time, we dined here for their Monday night special, which includes their AMAZING red lentil soup, their delicious Aroma chopped salad, a choice of entree, and their exquisite baklava.
For entrees, we had the chicken skewers and the lamb kofte. The chicken was juicy and flavorful. The lamb kofte patties were nicely seasoned and equally delicious.
The place was nice and cozy and very clean. The service was great. Can’t wait to come back again.

An exceptional meal from start to finish! Yuri and staff were friendly and accommodating, and the food was amazing – from the homemade pita to the perfect fish and kabobs. Highly recommend!

On a romantic winter weekend getaway, we were so glad we happened across Aroma! It’s just a block from the Bellmoor Inn, where we stayed, in the direction of our walks to the beach or boardwalk. The service was warm and friendly, even though we arrived a half hour before closing, and we felt as if welcomed into someone’s home. Our waiter was knowledgeable and kind as he explained the Turkish foods to us and made recommendations. On this occasion we just had appetizers: baba ganoush with naan, and grilled shrimp on a bed of arugula and beets, both wonderful. Who knew beets were so delicious?! We look forward to returning again, soon!
