This place started out great, but the last few weeks my opinion has dropped significantly. They are running out of items and are always so short staffed. The workers who ARE working are great and have amazing communication and customer service, however it’s apparent how overworked they are. The understaffing also boosts wait times and i’ve had to stop going before work.

Ordered 2 americanos one hot one iced clear as day. Gave 2 dollar tip. Get handed 2 hot coffees. I didn’t have the time for them to remake it. Coffee was undrinkable hot for 40 minutes. We were Finally able to take a sip 40 minutes later and tasted like burnt water. This place sucks. Better off going to the Irving across the street at least the order won’t be messed up and overpay for some garbage coffee

Not the style of food i enjoy but its not as a complaint just the reason for a 3 star in food. The service and speed on the other hand is spectacular. Even with a long line they make sure to move it along in a very reasonable time. Easy 5 star if the food didn’t taste like microwave frozen breakfast foods.

Mac at Aroma Joe’s made our vacation mornings truly special! Every day when we stopped by for our coffee, she greeted our daughter Emilia with such kindness and warmth. Emilia absolutely loved Mac — especially because she always handed out stickers, turning our daily coffee run into a fun little tradition.
It’s clear that Mac and the whole Aroma Joe’s team genuinely care about their customers. Mac’s friendly smile and thoughtful gestures made us feel right at home, and those little stickers brought so much joy to Emilia’s day.

Most Aroma Joe locations make a pretty tasty drink. The one in Farmington NH is less than delicious. This is the third terrible watered down drink that I have gotten. The team there just doesn’t seem to understand how to make a coffee/specialty drink. This is literally water in a cup with a pump of chocolate syrup for a mocha. Awful!

They make a great cup of coffee Monday through Friday but for whatever reason the Farmington location is not making the same great cup of coffee on Saturday afternoon.
Well I’ve given it a few weeks and tried giving this place another chance and the coffee is still not being made right, I guess I’ll just drive the extra 5 miles from my house to the next closest Aroma Joe’s in Rochester where they consistently make the coffee right

So… I’ve been seeing this place for 5 years now and about a month ago I finally took the plunge and tried it out. Previously I’d been going exclusively to a national chain and thought their coffee was the best. Well let me tell you AJ’s is my new favorite place. I’ve been 6 times since the first visit and I’m starting to forget the name of that other place? The coffee is SO MUCH BETTER at Aroma Joe’s and consistently so across 3 different locations I’ve tried so far. The service is excellent. So glad I deviated from my routine and gave this place a try!

Sausage biscuit I know is microwaved. But in the past they would at least present it wrapped like a fresh sandwich. Now I was handed the pouch that it was cooked in. With microwave instructions.
Still tasted the same at least.

I have to say that usually I love going to the aroma joes in Farmington. That being said today was not one of those days….. I justify paying the 6.92 for my rush drink because the ladies that work there are the sweetest friendliest girls I’ve met. Again today was not one of those days. Honest mistake I ordered the 32oz. And I’m asked at the window 24 nope a 32 and I pay pull up and get the 24 I ask is this the extra large yes. I pull away and look to make sure no it’s the 24oz. Not wanting to get back in line I call and the mailbox is full. I pull back in on my way home and the girl working has the worst attitude she’s rude and put out. Rolls her eyes like I’m trying to steal a drink and informs me they have no phone to not answer.
