Went thru drive thru. Was my first time going to an Aroma Joe’s. The service was fast and my Hot Chovoltae was hot and sweet. Ill definitely go back next time im in town. Great alternative to lame Dunkins.

Found hair in my order, contacted them and was told “we will contact you back.” Heard nothing, hence the review. Absolutely disgusting, do not eat here it is part of their HEALTH requirements to have their hair up at all times. Most employees do not, disgusting.

Never tried Aroma Joes. But since Starbucks line as out of control I decided to give it a whirl. My order was –

20oz Iced, House Blend, Cream, SF Vanilla, CLOUD TOP – Iced Only, Extra Ice
Now I took cloud too to indicate cold foam. I put 2x when I ordered. I got my coffee and as you can see by the picture there was no cloud top? The customer service was awful. I literally sat in front of the window a good 5 minutes watching everyone standing doing nothing inside.
The coffee is spilled all over the cup, leaked all over my truck. Rather than going back I was so frustrated with my entire experience.
I never have this happen at Starbucks. I guess I’ll wait in line next time….and this coffee was more expensive.

It’s a drive through coffee shop chain with just ok coffee. My order was not accurate but only discovered after we left so I wasn’t going back. I couldn’t recommend it even in a pinch.

It was our first time trying their Frojoe frozen coffee. You can ask for decaf and there are many syrup flavours available. I had vanilla and hubby had moka. Both weren’t too sweet, just right!
The young lady who served us was lovely and very helpful! She took her time to explain how it works and how to order, since it was our first time there. Great customer service, for sure!
We are definitely going to go again next time we are in Augusta!

The owner and staff are very friendly, curious, professional, and thoughtful. As a DoorDasher, I am treated well when I pick up for delivery at this location. I recently had surgery and they had a Get Well Soon card ready for me, with Well wishes from owner and all staff members. I can say that friends are picked up along the way. I am grateful! I’ve never actually had a coffee at this Aroma joes that tasted good to me. Compared to the Western Ave. location. They’re not as personable either. If you have a truck it is EXTREMELY hard to navigate through this drive thru and you probably will hit the curb! Getting in and out of this location is such a pain. The only good thing from this menu that I as good was the new spicy hash browns.
