I hated the drive through, way too small for my big truck, the very little parking they offered would have been impossible to get out of with how busy they were. My coffee was good in taste but not as sweet as I would have liked it. But OMG the prices were amazing!

The barista gave me a big stack of napkins because I ordered the cloud top on my energy refresher (science makes it so the dairy and carbonation becomes an explosive mix if you aren’t careful). I was given great advice on how to enjoy my beverage as to not be caught in another car massacre. I followed her instructions to a T so my drink did not explode (this time), but not 5 minutes later, I was driving and blood started pouring out of my nose (screw you dry NH air). This stack of napkins saved my life, my favorite jacket, and my brand new jeans. Thank you, anonymous barista girl, I will tell my grandkids about you.

Quality and service is excellent, but the location drops the overall rating to 4 stars. Parking is unavailable despite having a walk-up window. This is right on West Street so at busy times the traffic backup could spill into the main road. Excellent brand though, and their “chaider” in the Fall is a great unique specialty addition.

This was a really cool drive through coffee shop. The staff at the counter were all friendly and guided us through the menu. I got a witches brew which is half coffee and half chocolate milk and it was ok. Not much coffee flavor. I’d give it another shot because of the staff and atmosphere.

The service at drive through is the best. Young, Frendly staff always. Even on very busy weekends the staff holds it together with a smile. Lattes are crazy good. I might wanna take more time with the breakfast sandwiches.

We ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches and only got 2, which ended up being the wrong ones. Also got 3 coffees, 1 of which were fine. The third was an iced coffee with light cream, what I got was one shade away from a glass of whole milk. Would not return, and now I’m debating moving to NH and opening up a spite shop next door called mocha mikes.

One of the only local-ish coffee shops open during the big snowstorm in January, and we were so grateful! Franchise owner was there, chatting gleefully out the window awhile, then baristas made me the most beautiful iced coffee with (I believe) mocha + caramel drizzle + whipped cream. I don’t recall if my drink was an actual menu item, but so much to choose from – you’ll figure it out! Thank you to Aroma Joe’s staff for such a magical blip on my snowy radar for this leg of my travels!

I have never had a smooth experience at this specific aroma joes, the staff is always really nice but when I get my sandwich like in the picture… and ask for it to be remade and how it should not have even been given out, i was given my new one by a different person and they told me to “not be disrespectful next time “, you lost my business from this employees actions, i get if it breaks, but i would think someone would notice if something should be remade or not, to me i would redo it. Out of the 4 employees i talked to, the first three had huge smiles and was very willing to take my order and to help when i needed it, but that last one completely ruined my experience. It would have been more helpful for her to give me and fork and knife to eat that “sandwich” . due to inconsistency at this location and this interaction i will not be visiting ever again!
