Normally I have an amazing experience at this location but today I ordered a 24oz rush and a 32oz rush. I paid through the app so it send you a receipt to your email. When I got to the second window the girl had made 2 24oz rushes and I let her know that one was supposed to be a 32oz she said she would be right back. When she came back she didn’t remake the drink instead just filled the 32oz cup all with ice. This is very disappointing when I paid for a full 32oz drink not a 32oz cup of ice.

I’m a regular at this location and normally have decent experiences with all staff. But today I was extremely upset with the service I received. A blonde girl LAUGHED at me after I ordered. She then attempted an apology and started laughing again. At the second window, she laughed ONCE AGAIN. All I did was order a bagel and an Iced Cider. I also am able to hear when people are talking in the building and nobody had said a word to her so she clearly thought something was absolutely hilarious about me or my order. I am extremely upset and honestly embarrassed. I would never wish this experience upon anyone.

Usually have a great experience there, but today I received the wrong size coffee, which was no big deal she took it back no issue and got the larger one but handed me an ice coffee that was leaking everywhere. She must have just poured it into a bigger cup. I got coffee all over my pants and in my truck by the time she came back with napkins. O well it was busy, but kind of bad decision to hand over a cup pouring coffee out the top and down the sides.

Each time I visit this location I have a great experience and always have a good coffee served to me, along with any food I receive if I decide to get anything. The atmosphere is great and I love the aroma joes radio station!
Wish I could have it in my vehicle and play it for my girlfriend, she loves that type of music! Would highly recommend going here any day of the week.

I went to aromas unsure of what to order, so I asked the barista to surprise me. Olivia asked what my preferences were , and she made me the best blue Hawaiian!!! She was so sweet and accommodating, I can’t wait to go back and see her.

99% of the time, I go there for the coffee. I have had a spinach and feta stuffed pretzel, very tasty. Every time I have ordered my coffee, it is made right the first time. The staff are friendly. I have only gone through the drive thru, and I really have not seen the inside.

I am a regular customer at this location because it is the closest one to me. I usually have a great experience with all the other barista‘s and I always try to tip if I have the cash. But there is this one girl who acts like costumers are a bother and slams the window door in my face every time I see her, even though I try to be polite to her and tip her. I work early in the morning at a place similar to aromas so I know how hard customer service can be, even early in the morning but her behaviour is unacceptable. if you are not a morning person you shouldn’t be working at a place that opens that early. I know i’m not the only one who feels this way about how she acts. I really hope management sees this so they can resolve this issue.

Not sure if the barista think’s I’m stupid but next time I’m thinking about going to aroma joes I’ll just throw $7 in the trash instead because it’s the same thing at this point! Went through the drive thru this morning for an iced latte with cloud top (she confirmed iced while ringing it up) and then brought me a hot latte at the window. I politely mentioned that I had asked for iced and she looked at me as if I was inconveniencing/stressing her out. Not sure what she did when she ‘remade’ my drink but seems like she just took some of the hot latte and put a little ice in it. By the time she was handing me my ‘iced latte’ I was over the whole situation even though it didn’t have cloud top and had maybe one ice cube in it? It looked nothing like a latte especially not one I would ever pay $7 for. Makes me wish I could take my tip back. Ruined my morning and was just overall terribly offputting. I will not be returning. Starbucks is right around the corner.

i said yes you do, i get it here all the time. this was just met with more attitude and denial, so i left.
i went to another location that happily made my iced tea for me afterwards – so i don’t really know what that was about (probably laziness), but i definitely won’t be back lol which is a shame because the other people typically working here are quite nice
