This place is usually good but every now and then you get these employees which must be new hires that just do not know how to make the lattes. I ordered an Irish kicker and instead of getting a sweet creamy latte with a nice espresso flavor you end up getting a bitter tasting coffee that taste horrible. Aroma joes needs to train their help better because only a few of their employees seem to know how to make a good latte. When they’re charging $5/6 a wack for them you would think there would be some consistency. Some of them know what they’re doing I can’t speak for every worker there, I’ve had some good Irish kickers! All I ask for is a little consistency!

Been by this place many times but not at breakfast time. Yesterday i did finally. Awesome sausage, egg and cheese on a fresh biscuit and fresh hot delicious coffee. Pleasant staff as well. Ill be back for sure.

We were in the drive thu. I ordered Latte and a cinnamon role . I was charged for them, but there was a delay as there machine was restarted (always thought only Windows machine needs to be restarted) and it was taking longer then expected. They refunded me with the full amount with two gift cards (not sure there worth, I live in Mass) and I also took one hot black coffee which was not charged..

I can’t help but rant and rave about the girls at the Jagger Mill Aroma Joe’s! Exceptional superb customer service every single time I go!!! They are fast, efficient and always friendly!! More than once I’ve been in line (which usually moves quickly anyway) I pull up to the order window, they hand me my ice coffee fresh and ready to go! Yesterday this saved me a little time as I was running late to get to work. I absolutely love these girls!!!

First time here. Saw this chain seemingly everywhere in southern Maine so we stopped by for a pick-me-up. The black hazelnut coffee was great, the birthday cake latte was so-so. The two clerk’s, however, were perfectly friendly, engaged, and offered an unexpected quality of customer service. Sometimes that’s all that counts!

Every time I have come here lately I haven’t been very satisfied, unless I order a rush. Lately have been ordering a cold brew with chocolate, marshmallow, and short bread and ox whipped cream Unfortunately lately every time I have ordered this at this location I have had to go over my order countless times with the baristas who still never give me my beverage correctly. I’ve decided tonight after ordering my beverage and getting it wrong to just drive a few minutes down the road to the mardens location to get fantastic service and paid for my drinks once again.

I have been to several AJ locations over the past few years and the Jagger Mill location is by far my favorite. Since this location opened I have gone almost every day on my way to work. The staff are the friendliest I have ever encountered and almost every beverage I have purchased has been made perfectly (usually get the Pom Island Rush, Tropical sunrise Rush w/ Pom instead of Strawberry, or Iced Irish Kicker). I was overcharged once and they made it up to me the next day, hassle-free. Customer service is one of the hardest, thankless jobs, but the staff at this location make it seem effortless with smiles on their faces every single day. Thank you for providing such a great customer experience!
