I wanted to recognize the awesome girls at Aroma Joe’s Coffee who were working today. My vehicle was not working right so we couldn’t move much. I pulled in to the Aroma Joe’s – as it was the closest, safest spot & had to call AAA/Uber. The girls were so kind. They got us drinks and cookies while we waited for our Uber to arrive. My 4 year old daughter was so happy! It made the experience so much easier. Thank you ladies!!!!!

Incredible, absolutely incredible. Eldon was so friendly and helpful and proactively so, my order came together and was made so quickly, the set up they have at the drive thru is optimal, and of course everything is delicious.
Do me a favor and look back two reviews of mine. I’m not exaggerating I actually think the experience relative to the one I had the other day is some kind of cosmic or karmic coalescence or realignment. The entire experience was, from the beginning to the end, the exact opposite of what happened at the other location. I’m now an aroma Joe’s fan for life. This might be the best frappe I’ve ever had, I cannot wait to bite into this everything bagel, just an all around great experience. i didn’t know it was a chain, I’m happy I spotted it would I was driving! And now I know for sure it was just that terrifyingly maladjusted mad madam mim at that other place who is scaring off the customers. Shame this is my second aroma Joe’s order not my first, but c’est la vie. Looking forward to more drinks and bites to eat. Thanks y’all!!
And to Eldon– thank you again so much for helping me and actively handing me the menu and explaining everything, and sorry and thanks also for rushing me in literally the nicest way possible I was totally taking up time and holding up the line, my bad, you were a rockstar. and to the peoplei didn’t get to meet in the back who made my order, thank you so so much and kudos on a java well done

Not sure if it was a new girl or what. She was not nice at all. On top of that my sandwich wasn’t even heated. Not even warm. I tried to use my defrost to heat it. It was ice cold and I feel that she did it deliberately. Not sure what I did to her. Very upset with this location!
