One of the better priced Indian restaurants around. Nice ambiance inside.
The Butter Chicken and House curry were flavorful. They also provide more chicken in their dish than most other Indian restaurants. That’s always been a gripe for the price is you get so little. The naan was delicious as well.
Our server was friendly and quick to take care of us.

I visited on February 14th for Valentine’s Day, and the ambience was truly wonderful. The special decorations for the occasion were a beautiful highlight and created a perfect atmosphere for the celebration. As always, the food was excellent and met expectations in every way. I especially appreciate the professionalism and warmth of the staff — from the front desk to the bar counter, everyone was courteous, attentive, and welcoming. It was a delightful experience overall, and I look forward to visiting again.

Aroma in Indian Land south of Charlotte was a mixed experience. We visited on a Monday evening and it wasn’t busy. We were attended to promptly, which was nice.
The food itself was a downer for the most part. We got the Karivepaku chicken, which was decently spicy, but it messed up our stomachs. The Vijaywada Chicken Biryani isn’t your traditional Vijaywada Biryani, instead it is curry chicken mixed with rice, which was a letdown as well. The chai was pretty good.
The server was polite and kind and checked on us often. The seating area inside is large enough to accommodate busy hours.
The restaurant is located in a strip mall, so parking is available.

1st time visiting and everything was amazing. Atmosphere was great! We eat Indian food regularly and all the flavors here were much more complex and delicious than any of the other local spots. Our server Kundan was really helpful in recommending dishes based on our preferences. Try the lime soda and any of the specialty biryanis. Photo is the Lamb Korma. I’ve never had a korma with this much flavor before. We will definitely be back.

The quality of food has come down a lot. I ordered palak paneer for takeout and it was terrible. The gravy had lot of water and a very thin consistency with no flavor at all. You can clearly tell how bad it is from the picture.

i really want to meet the chef (??)who adds a bunch of curry leaves in hakka noodles!!! I already requested them 2 times again he did it. Please send him back to hotel management classes or tell him, CURRY LEAVES ARE NOT FOR Asian cuisine.

We recently visited Aroma, and the food was delicious. The Apollo Fish was my absolute favorite — full of flavor and perfectly cooked. They have many great options, including good choices for vegetarians. The ambience features an ancient Indian theme and feels extremely welcoming. We’ll definitely be back!
