The coffee wasn’t that bad. Although we asked for extra hot and it came out normal hot. But part of a coffee shop is making the customers feel welcome. Smiles go along way. If I didn’t know any better, I would’ve felt I was ordering coffee in a prison. These people are very cold and do not understand what it takes to be a good customer service person. Next time I go and I get treated the way I did today, 10/25/2025, I’m going to have to say something to the staff. Hopefully they do a better job and talk to their employees about doing a better job making the customers feel welcome.

The service is very fast here. There isn’t much to eat since it is mostly all coffee drinks. 3 things to eat on the menu and my eggs were iced cold and one little piece of Jack n the box type bacon. Weird.

Nice coffee shop with lots of yummy pastries. Upstairs in the Wild Horse Pass Casino. Sweets are big enough to share and tax is already included in the price. Most bakery items were between $5-$7 each. Coffee choices like a Starbucks. They also sell gelato.

They screwed up my coffee. I ordered a frappuccino and I got a frappie. Then my frappuccino was only 3/4 of the way filled. We ordered butter with our cinnamon roll. We didn’t get our butter, We ordered a triple shot of espresso. We didn’t get our espresso. Early this morning my husband ordered iced coffee. They screwed that up too. All the tables were dirty Early this morning. You should be able to go sit down and drink coffee, instead of having to clean it before you do. They don’t know what they’re doing.

Stopped in for coffee twice while staying at the casino. Each time I visited, there was only one employee taking and making the orders. This caused a good size line to for, and it took about 10 minutes to get my drink. Also, as I review at the other restaurant in the casino, people are already feeding all their money into the casino, you think you’d be able to get a coffee for under $8..
