I’ve waited to try this location after seeing FB posts about slow service when they first opened. Finally stopped by tonight to check it out. Two of us went around 5pm on a Friday night. The sign said seat yourself. We found one available 6 person table in the front left corner. A server joined us relatively quickly and took our order. It was a little chilly in the corner with the air blowing. Our food came out pretty quick. The buns weren’t pretty but the burger was great. The onion rings and fries were great. The fountain drinks had a little weird taste to them. The carbonation and syrup mix seemed fine, just a little extra taste of something I couldn’t place. The table next to us ordered a burger that came out differently than they expected. Some miscommunication took place between the customers and server. What I really appreciated was hearing how they handled it. Several staff spoke to them and apologized. They made them another burger. It was a great display of customer service. That’s the stuff that keeps me going back to places. Conversation was a little difficult at the table. It was a little loud in there. The room was full of people and is basically a box which probably makes the sound bounce around. Two thumbs up for this new location all in all. I’ll be back again in the future.

First visit to Arnold’s of Seneca and the service was excellent. The employee at the window was extremely friendly and even offered me a menu to keep, which was appreciated.
I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato, plus onion rings and coleslaw. Total was $13.08 before tip, which is a very good price. Wait time was reasonable, but the bag felt light, and unfortunately, that reflected the portions.
The chicken portion was quite small (2.68 oz.), with minimal toppings on a plain white bun. The coleslaw and onion rings appeared pre-packaged and the coleslaw was watery. Overall, the food was very basic and under-seasoned.
Two stars instead of three because while the service was outstanding, food quality and portion size didn’t meet expectations. A slight price increase to allow for better quality and larger portions could make a big improvement.

This place is great if you have dietary restrictions. I don’t think anything that was served had any salt or seasoning in it. The atmosphere is great if you like eating with people who don’t season their food and have dietary restrictions. We got dry unseasoned burgers. The coleslaw was soggy and bland. The price was decent. The staff was great. Not terrible just not good enough for our party to ever return.

Great food! Great service!! We had bacon cheeseburgers and they were cooked perfectly and tasted homemade. We also tried the okra which was nice and crispy. Highly recommend getting the gravy for the French fries, it was thick and full of flavor!
