Since February 11th 1965, Arni’s has been serving fresh and delicious food with a friendly smile. When you come to Arni’s you’re getting more than just a good meal, you’re experiencing one of Indiana’s finest restaurant traditions. Family and friends all gather here to experience the feel-good environment, great service and the one of a kind thin crust pizza. Thin crust pizza has always been a staple on Arni’s menu, but their restaurants also serve subs, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pasta, desserts and so much more! Arni’s also owns and operates its own commissary kitchen and distribution company, Linarco Distributing, that supplies food products and supplies to its own restaurants.

Arni’s has been a favorite of mine since I was a kid. The Shadeland location is the closest one when I’m at work. I tend to eat in or carry out from this location several times a year. The pizza is delicious. I also like the decor. I wish I would have taken a picture of the stained glass window. I’ll have to be sure to on my next visit. I’ll also get some pictures of my pizza and salad.

The lady making the food had no gloves on was touch everything and not washing her hands and is still making people food. The lady that took my order was very nice and did a great job. The tables were all dirty. The wait wasn’t long.

Once you have it, you’ll crave it! Since each Arni’s is individually owned, you will have slightly different experiences. The Arni’s Jr salad is incredible. We opted for the stromboli and breadsticks with their hot/spicy cheese this time. Very delicious. Loaded with meat, cheese, onions and sauce. Nice to switch it up once in a while. Their pizzas are fantastic as well. The sauce is more of a tomato paste, the cheese, like on the salads, is diced up and makes for a great melt. Their sausage is crumbly, which I like on a pub/tavern style pizza. Now since they are owned individually and each vary a bit, I’d have to say the Crawfordsville and Rensselaer Indiana locations have a better spicy cheese sauce, in my opinion. The price is reasonable and a great value. My goal is to eventually visit all the Arni’s across the state! Go, try it, I bet you’ll find something unique that you’ll like.

We have eaten here twice now. Food was great, we had the stromboli the first time and a Deluxe pizza well-done. Both were cooked perfectly. The staff was very friendly. Food came out very quickly. We will definitely be coming back.

Delightful Arnis. Maned by three employees and they can hold their own. Little busy on Thursday afternoon. Boys from fire department were in as well. Placed order, and didn’t seem like a long wait. Food was hot. Burnt my tongue on the pizza.Good experience during this visit. Will return and tell friends.
