ARNETTE’S Chop Shop is a modern take on the traditional American steakhouse and features a contemporary, chef-driven menu, extensive wine list and a well-curated craft cocktail program. The restaurant’s interior was created to compliment the industrial modern design movement, exposing the natural character of the reclaimed warehouse while blending vintage, classic and modern design influences. The restaurant is split into two levels. The dining room is appointed with custom wood and leather booths, banquettes and tables. The main level also boasts an open kitchen complete with a custom built wood burning and open flame hearth and char broiler. The lavish upscale bar is positioned on the second level above the main entrance.

But the crab cake and potato gratin and dessert were all delicious. Only valet parking for $5 +tip but great service all around
My friend got the filet and I got the ribeye. The steak was Amazing! We split roasted carrots, asparagus, and lobster Mac. The carrots were really good. The Mac was extremely good.
Wes was our server and he was great. Very attentive but not a bother while we ate.
I had the seafood platter, which consisted of a skewer of shrimp, 3 grilled scallops and 3 oysters. Im glad I ordered the half platter because with the loaded whipped potatoes as a side, it was a plentiful entree. We shared cheesecake for dessert and it was just ok. It lacked the creamy cheese flavor I crave. Im not sure if they make it in house but it wasn’t my favorite. The drinks were amazing though and we will definitely return to try more options!
The Astrea Caviar Doughnuts were pure luxury — a playful mix of indulgent and savory that set the tone for the evening. The Pork Belly Bao Buns were perfectly tender with a rich depth of flavor, and the Wood-Grilled Wagyu Burger had that irresistible smoky char that only comes from a true steakhouse kitchen. Sushi lovers will be thrilled with the King Salmon Avocado and Spicy Bluefin Tuna Rolls, both incredibly fresh and beautifully presented. The showstopper, though, was The Siren Raw Seafood Platter — a stunning, ocean-fresh spread that could easily anchor a whole meal.
Service was attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere upstairs strikes that perfect balance between polished and relaxed. Whether you’re dropping by for cocktails and small plates or settling in for a refined dinner, Arnette’s continues to prove why it’s one of Brookhaven’s top dining destinations.
Perfect for: Foodies, date nights, and anyone who loves steak, sushi, and creative cuisine served with style.
The food is really, really good. We went for a group celebration, so we were able to try a lot of different items. As a quick but important aside, the mocktails are excellent. We had three different steaks and two other items, including a fish dish. All were delicious. The side dishes, particularly the potatoes, were pretty good. I recommend trying others, including the chop salad. This is no major slight because it is difficult to nail the meats AND the side dishes.
I cannot say enough about the service. If you want to be full and feel good while dressing up for a night out, Arnette’s is the place to go. It was and always is a beautiful experience.
