We tried a 2 meat plate plus 2 meats: brisket, ribs, pulled pork and sausage with jalapeño Cole slaw and potato salad. Brisket and ribs were our favorites.

Been meaning to try this local BBQ place and finally did yesterday—did not disappoint! We got some sliced tender brisket that had a nice smoke ring, and mac n cheese. The BBQ sauce was smokey and not too sweet (I normally avoid BBQ sauce as it’s usually too sweet for me, but I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor of this one), and it went well with the brisket. My only personal critique is more seasoning on the brisket, and less pepper on the mac n cheese. Overall a yummy lunch that we inhaled & we definitely plan on going back!

Delicious and tender. Seriously, the brisket is amazing and my hubby says the ribs are too. They are at the church on 5 between Melissa and Anna every Saturday. Better than most of the restaurant barbeque you get around here. You should definitely give it a try.

Ate about a quarter of what I purchased. Maybe I caught them on the wrong day but the sandwich bun fell apart in my hands and the taste of the overall sandwich was not that appealing. Potato salad was ok. Won’t be returning.
