March 1st 2026, Shity I sat here and ordered two Arley fries with extra bacon ranch and cheese the cheese was not melted no utensils were given we weren’t given extra of anything and every time that we have tried to tell them this it’s the same old story hence why I’m posting this because I’m tired of every time I say something to one of the workers or that lady with black hair and glasses I get a disrespectful attitude displayed at me. However they are nice to other people? That is very bad customer service.
March 2nd 2026, okay so this review is for the incident today and now I’m calling a health inspector because of this but yesterday we placed an order that consisted of two large early fries with extra bacon ranch and cheese first of all my order was much bigger than my roommates second of all my roommate and I did not get extra bacon ranch or cheese and on top of that the cheese was not melted when we placed the call to let them know this they told us to call today and talk to the boss lady. So we place the call literally about 5 minutes ago and the next thing that happens is somebody answers happen to be a normal employee we let them know the issue they said that the boss lady wasn’t there at the moment well literally maybe like 2 minutes later the phone is handed to the boss lady whose name is Miss Mandy and we tell her the same thing, unfortunately this woman with a very rude and disrespectful tone says that every time we call up there there’s always a problem with the order which is not true there has only been maybe four times five if that were the order has been wrong and we didn’t start having problems with the orders being wrong until they hired this little boy that cooks. And we were trying to explain the issue she decides to catch an attitude with my roommate my roommate nicely asked her to be respectful and she completely ignores his request to immediately catch an attitude further and pretty much hang up on us and at this point they have lost us as customers because I will not tolerate being disrespected and I will not tolerate my orders not being made correctly on top of that this is the kind of stuff that gets a restaurant shut down when somebody is over here serving raw hamburger which I saw happen to be in one of the reviews on Google so tomorrow I’m going to have to call the health inspector because I am no longer comfortable with this place of business in operation and I’m seeing people talking about them making raw food and trying to serve it to folks I find this appalling that this is the time frame that we live in I thought that the customer was always right I thought that you were supposed to be thoughtful and kind to a person and understanding in an issue like this but this place of business is not that. The previous people mind you that ran this place there is another place of business called the chubby Crow and these guys are way better than arly coffee shop so if y’all guys want food for what you pay for and you live in the area of Arley Alabama I highly recommend the chubby Crow because they actually are totally worth what they charge and sometimes they give you a little more in the food depending upon how everybody’s feeling that day you know. So please be aware that this place of business is not being considerate to their customers and I highly recommend staying away from the lady called Miss Mandy that claims to be the boss because she will not care she will not be considerate and it seems to me she is extremely two-faced guys please be careful thank you so much for reading and I hope this helps

Love these small restaurants as we travel the U.S. Large Cheeseburger and Patty Melt were great. Friendly staff. Too bad we are leaving the area, would have liked the breakfast I am sure!!

I went to this wonderful restaurant last weekend. Love the food! The price was fair and the service amazing. Love to see people the two ladies working there smile. As a customers friendliness is so important makes you feel welcome. The gentleman seating next to us five of them eating and just talking about life gave me the impression this is a nice place to eat and talk to people. I can tell they were locals. The first few times the food was great. I dont know what has happened, but the last 5 times my husband and I got a burger there it was nasty. This time it was raw, way under cooked!!! Do better guys!!! Yals food USE TI BE awesome. Wth happened?????
