Tried this new Indian restaurant and really enjoyed the food. Wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes on the menu. Ordered cut mirchi and veg avakaya biryani and both tasted delicious. Cut mirchi was made fresh and had crispy texture. Only feedback is veg biryani had too many potatoes but no other vegetables. Still tasted great and will definitely try again.

Amazing, amazing food! The BEST dish was the Malai Kofta, it was so creamy and flavorful and filling! Get it!!! Seriously! You won’t regret it!
We also ordered the Mango Chicken curry, which was absolutely divine (perfect balance of sweet and spice). The Paneer Naan was amazingly flavorful, it’s stuffed with cheese and a few extra flavorful veggie bits that made it so delicious (coming from traditionally a garlic naan lover). The servings matched the price, and my partner and I were stuffed (almost too full, except it was too yummy to stop eating).
I will definitely be coming here again to try even more!

Ordered food on ubereats at 8.44. Order was confirmed as accepted by restaurant at 8.46. cancelled for no reason at 9.14. Really annoyed they waited 30 mins to cancel. I think it was because they close at 9.30 and couldn’t be bothered.

A great meal for a great price!
I’m currently attending a university around the area, and I was hungry for some Indian food. One of my classmates recommended this restaurant for its value and taste. Citing “Some of the best biryani, I’ve had in the US”. But I didn’t really trust this guy’s opinion because he doesn’t like lamb, pork or fish (Most likely because he’s from a vegetarian household). He only likes chicken (Guess what Biryani meat he ordered).
But me being a trusting classmate decided to take up his statement of “Best Biryani I’ve had since coming to the US” and ordered the non-vegetarian thali deal. And my lord, was it amazing for the price! It came with some curry, appetizer, naan, gulab jamun (albeit only one), a drink (butter milk? didn’t like) , and an amazing biryani. The biryani truly stood up to being some of the best biryani in the US. I am originally from Minnesota and the Indian food scene there is lacking to say the least. Nevertheless, Arka Indian cuisine had an amazing deal with some awesome taste.
The curry was good, and the parotta (I think, Indian bread names are confusing) was nice and crispy. The only thing that disappointed me was the singular gulab jamun and the butter milk. The butter milk was understandable I didn’t grow up drinking fermented dairy products, so I am unused to it. But ONLY ONE GULAB JAMUN WHAT IS THIS!!!
Overall: Great price, great quantity and taste.

Would have liked to try but not wearing masks when I went in to place my order. I walked out.
I am revising my one star review. I was at Domino’s the other night and all working inside Arka were masked up. The owner took my review seriously and did something about it. I have not gotten to try the food yet, but now feel comfortable going in to do so. It is admirable that this change was made. I think that alone deserves the five stars.

So, I think it is hard to find Great Indian food but I wanted people who are in search of to know about Bollywood Cafe! This really is where you need to go! The food is amazing and we go at least once a week for lunch, other times we get delivery for about 15 of us but never have been disappointed. I really cannot pick any one dish because everything I try is so good! The owner is very nice and the service is great! You have to try it and you won’t be disappointed, it will quickly become one of your favorite spots too! You know when people talk about a little place that has great food, well you found it, you won’t walk in and think amazing Indian atmosphere but you will leave thinking that’s the best Indian food I’ve ever had!

Not the best Indian restaurant around. A tiny place with around 4 tables. The appetizer tasted fine but the chicken entree didn’t taste so good and wasn’t fresh. The main reason for the low rating is the broke dishes the food was served on. The dishes were chipped so badly that it actually looked disgusting. The restaurant isn’t clean at all. I would not recommend this place.

Lexington has a mask mandate but the staff inside did not seem to care and do not wear masks. The food was average. The price on appetizers are steep. Some of the appetizers cost more than main dishes which doesn’t make sense. 8 bucks for a small plate of samosas for a takeout place! Very steep compared to other Indian restaurant in the area

I ordered khutu parota to try out this new place. I was not impressed. I ordered mild spice but the food was so spicy I couldn’t eat beyond a few bites. There was also a big hard piece, which looked like stone in the dish. Needless to say the food straight went to garbage.
