We had a great experience at Arizona Burger – Landstraße (3rd District, Vienna).
The service quality was excellent, and the staff member named Armin was especially friendly, helpful, polite, and welcoming. We truly appreciated her hospitality and positive attitude.
The food quality was also very good. The portion size was satisfying, and the burger was prepared quickly and tasted absolutely delicious. Everything was fresh and well made.
Overall, great service, tasty food, and a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this place!

We ate at this burger place and the service was very good. We tried a schnitzel burger, where the schnitzel is used instead of a bun, which was a very interesting and unique option. We also ordered a croissant burger. That one was excellent in terms of flavor, but quite small in size.
Both burgers were tasty, though not the best burgers we have ever had. Still, it’s a place we would definitely try again.

I had the smash burger with sweet potato fries and truffle sauce, and honestly — it was absolutely amazing. I wouldn’t change a single thing. The burger was juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the truffle sauce paired with it so well.
The portions were generous and we were properly full afterwards. Definitely one of the best burgers I’ve had in a while. Highly recommended.

Goood burger. But it can be improved a bit to be perfect imo. The blend of the patty was good and it is a generous portion but certain parts of it felt a bit too tough. Might be due to refrigeration or something else not sure. Good fries too.

Given the reviews and the price on their website (everything was about 3 euro more expensive on their website than the images of the menu shown here when we visited) our expectations were quite high. Unfortunately they weren’t met, and we even felt disappointed/scammed. The fries weren’t crunchy or cooked enough, they felt cheap. The same goes for the bun, felt soft and soggy and the burger was drowning in cheese, to the point where you couldn’t taste the meat. It clearly wasn’t such a high level burger house as we were led to believe, perhaps this is the style of burgers they are going for or what sells here? In any case in our humble opinion not a place we will visit again. We got the XXL double burger and the normal cheeseburger.
The beer was nice.
Other than that the personnel was helpful and the atmosphere okay, the problem was the meal itself.

We really enjoyed the burgers here! The Chili Cheeseburger was super tasty and juicy, and my UFO Burger was so convenient to eat with my hands — nothing falls out! It’s a clever idea — all the flavor of a burger, but mess-free.

A must try while staying in Vienna. The burgers were delicious and super juicy. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The cherry on top was the cheese show, we really enjoyed it.
