Went in for Hibachi, group of 10, with kids. It was a great experience.
The waiters were smartly dressed, quick and polite. And the chefs were so delightful to watch.

The food was good and fun to prepare gave us an amazing time . There are wide variety of food options to choose from, be mindful of the prices when choosing.
They are conscious of food allergies! Big plus

Try and make a reservation because it can be very busy most times. Hibachi is 90mins time allow which can be stretched a little.

Free on Mondays and Tuesdays for kids.

We came here to celebrate my child’s birthday (with our 6 month-old baby in tow), and Arirang did not disappoint!

We opted for the hibachi experience . I ordered chicken and shrimp, my child had chicken and steak, and my husband got the filet and shrimp. They accommodated us perfectly, giving us a spot where the stroller wouldn’t be in anyone’s way.

The staff was so friendly and attentive . our waiter constantly checked in, refilled drinks, and kept the table clean and organized. Even on a busy Saturday night, the service was excellent.

The hibachi chef was funny and engaging, keeping everyone entertained. We even made friends with the people seated at our table and ended up celebrating both of our kids’ birthdays together!

What really touched me was how the staff treated everyone like family. At a nearby table, a little girl missed her birthday song because she was in the restroom. Without anyone asking, the staff came back and sang happy birthday to her again just to make her smile . that meant so much, even to us as strangers watching.

The food portions were huge – soup, salad, and our main hibachi plates. Everything was delicious, and we had enough leftovers for another meal the next day!

Overall, it’s a wonderful, family-friendly environment with great food and even better service. We’ll definitely be coming back and supporting this place again!

Was just here for a friends birthday and would never return to this location. First off when we got there – there was vomit right next to the door to enter and exit. Like literal feet away. The staff was alerted multiple times and 2 1/2 hours later when we left it was still right there on the side walk immediately as you left. The noodles are not worth it for hibachi they are wet and tasteless. The menu prices are not prices on your check. Prices are obviously subject to change but it was a big difference. th male server unfortunately had no personality and was not warm or friendly. And the water in the fountains was gunky. The chef was entertaining and hilarious and our rice/ meat and food from the kitchen was amazing! The drinks were strong and reasonable!

The food is very good but the quality of service and atmosphere has sharply declined recently. If you want food from here it is probably best to restrict it to takeout only.

This place essentially stops honoring reservations depending on the circumstances. I recently had a 7:00 reservation for a party of 5. I checked in just before 7. I was told to wait about 30 minutes to ready the table. 30 minutes later it was not ready and I was advised to wait another 15. We did, and it was still not ready. We left after about an hour of waiting without being seated extremely disappointed and forced to try our luck elsewhere. This basically ruined our plans for the evening.

Then there is the atmosphere. It used to be very quiet and culturally oriented. But now there is no backstop to this place being a “family” restaurant. Expect about as many screeching toddlers at this place as your closest theme park.

And this is coming from a previously loyal customer who for years had described this place as one of my favorite restaurants and even left a 5 star review a few years ago. Now I seriously contemplate whether it is worth returning.

The food at Arirang was fine, but the overall experience was very disappointing. We made a reservation for 8:00 PM on Wednesday for a Saturday party. Everyone arrived between 7:30 and 8:00 to be on time. However, we were not seated until 10:00 PM — a two-and-a-half-hour wait with a reservation.

What made it worse was the way the situation was handled. The “manager” argued with us when we tried to express our concerns about the long wait instead of trying to resolve the issue professionally. Some of our guests who came all the way from Jersey City ended up leaving because it got too late.

By the time we were finally seated, the restaurant was closing, and we were the last people there. While the food itself was okay, the poor organization and customer service overshadowed everything. Very disappointing experience.

If you do happen to to ask for Josh and Ben as your chefs .

Michael was beyond awesome he truly brought the life to the table and enjoyment to me and my elderly girlfriend. Everything about this show was truly amazing I loved every second of it. They also accommodated to my elderly girlfriends eating habits. Also Michael was by far the cutest human I have ever seen.

Unfortunately, our experience last night at this hibachi spot was not the best. We had a 7:30 reservation and arrived early at 7:18. The host told us to wait at the bar, which we did—but we waited over 30 minutes just to get a drink and only got served after stopping a manager. To make matters worse, the host forgot she sent us to the bar and thought we were a no-show, so we didn’t get seated until 8:30. Then we had to wait another 30+ minutes for the chef.

When the chef finally came out, he made me uncomfortable with a comment saying, “Oh we already know she has a big mouth,” as an excuse for skipping the usual veggie toss. Totally uncalled for.

The saving grace was the food—it was really good. So while the service and experience were disappointing, we might give it another shot just for the food.

It was a great experience! Over all the food was very good. The sushi boat really is perfect to feed three people. The fried oreos were delicious (crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside). The fried ice-cream was good, but not the best I’ve had. It wasn’t crispy outside, the ice-cream was too hard.
