I have lived on three continents and Google Maps ranks me in the top 5% of sushi reviewers, yet I still can’t believe how good this sushi is. We love raw fish (especially salmon), cream cheese, and generous, well-sized rolls. This place delivers exceptionally well; I genuinely believe it’s in my top 15 sushi places in the world. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and you can taste the freshness in every bite. Also, the price is perfect. Congratulations to the team!

I’ve been to Arilang Sushi twice now! Both times have been wonderful experiences and love coming here for my sushi fix. Some of the items can be a bit expensive but they usually have some amazing combination platters that you can try a bit of everything for a little bit cheaper! Highly recommend. My server has been lovely each time as well.

This place has been a favorite of mine for a year now. I’ve gotten tired of super plainified and americanfied sushi (spicy mayo on everything?! Gross). This place is delicious and offers a true Japanese variety of fresh sushi and poke bowls thay arent all rice. The alcoholic beverages are awesome as well, a good variety of Japanese beers and sake.

We travel to Richmond for a soccer tournament. End it at the sushi Arilang restaurant – it was right by the hotel. Well let me tell you, it is the best sushi we’ve ever had. My wife who never eats sushi tried their food and loved it. She even asked me when are we going back, we are 6 hours away from there

This place has to have some of the best sushi in Richmond. Friendly staff, fresh fish, quality rice and sauce….I miss it already. Will be back to try more. Had the pleasure of trying the White Dragon, Hamachi, Short Pump, and New York. Impossible to pick a favorite, but Short Pump is up there.

The Google reviews did not disappoint, so here’s mine! We stopped in hungry and tired from a red eye flight, seeking a familiar experience though we were new to the area. Our server, Austin, greeted us and promptly got our order started. The delicious salmon sushi, edamame (amongst other rolls) was delivered by various members of the team and the owner! We found the prices reasonable, the quality exceptional and the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!
