Ordered a takeout platter of various rolls (custom, not preset platter menu). Ordered around $65 worth. Other places that I frequent were closed, so thought I’d give them a try.
Order was completed quickly and was available when I arrived. Paid and went to grab my order. Did a quick check and saw there was no miso soup. I’ve never gotten a platter from a sushi place and was never offered complimentary miso soup. Generally, they ask how many I might need.
Asked about miso soup and the lady at the register acted flabbergasted that I would ask for miso soup with my order. It’s fine if they charge, but to act like I was asking some random arbitrary request, threw me. Told me they charge for it. Asked her for 3 soups and ended up paying $8 and change.
Got home, ate the rolls. They were fine, not great, not awful.
Inside the restaurant was small, but seemed clean and nicely decorated, so full marks for atmosphere.
Overall, not a place I’d recommend, simply because nearby places offer more in terms of what they will give you in quality, taste and additional service for a similar price or better.

I didn’t know the management changed for this spot until recently – so of course we had to try it! We placed a pick-up order through their website, which was super easy. I don’t have any pictures of the inside of the restaurant since we just went to pick up, but it looked nice and clean, so I’m definitely going to try to dine in next time. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. It was a lot of food for two people but mom and I finished everything we ordered. I definitely recommend to anyone who’s craving fresh sushi. 🙂

Terrible customer service. When my delivery driver stole my order on ring camera footage and then blocked my number, I called the restaurant to be argued with that I didn’t order through the website but through DoorDash so there was nothing they would do to send a replacement order that I spent $50 on. I would’ve even come picked it up this time. I explained that when you click “order online” for Arigato directly on Google, that the restaurant website shows you can order online directly on Arigato’s site and then Arigato sends a DoorDash driver. I provided screenshots here and circled to show step by step proof of how you can absolutely order through Arigato’s website and not on DoorDash even though they provide a delivery driver. You can even see the website link is not DoorDash but the restaurant’s online ordering system…
This wasn’t ordered through my DoorDash account and if you look in the screenshot of ordering options you can see DoorDash has its own separate option lower on the list, but I circled the one I used that says “Online Ordering by DoorDash” which is done through Arigato directly first. You see the menu and log in option in the screenshots are separate from DoorDash as well.
So beyond disappointed by the customer service because you guys argued with me that I didn’t order through your website when I did. If you don’t want it to be an option then figure out how to remove it as one. I did not order through my DoorDash account, and you should have made it right by replacing the order for pick up instead of scamming me $50. Never ordering from here again.

This is one of our usual go-to spots for local sushi. The food is delicious and affordable, and the staff there is very friendly and always aims to please. It is also a nice, quaint location if you want to grab a bite to eat with a friend or small group.
Our staple includes kani salad, shumai, edamame, chirashi, volcano scallop roll, and creamy salmon roll.

Small quaint sushi spot but a hidden gem. Very fresh, clean food. I’m extremely picky when it comes to sushi and the smallest thing will turn me off from coming back, but this place is a solid 10/10. Service was great too.

This is my favorite Japanese place in the area. The owner is incredible and has brought in a great team. The food is fresh and high quality, vibe is welcoming and relaxed. Have popped in for lunch specials by myself and also brought my family (plus kids) for lunch or dinner. Highly recommend!

First time coming here, very friendly atmosphere. Place was busy, they had a lot of take out orders but our server was still very attentive. She apologized a few times and thanked us for our patience which wasn’t necessary. We didn’t feel like service was slow. Food was really good, the fish is extremely fresh and as others have stated you get a decent amount for the price. It was very difficult to decide on what to order since everything looked good. Highly recommend, will definitely be back. This is our new go to sushi spot.

We are new in town and excited to try a local sushi place. We ordered some salmon avocado rolls and the salmon looked off on one of the pieces. When we showed the waitress, she brought it back to the kitchen and came back to tell us it was fresh. No offer to change or replace. We left it, paid and left. To be fair, the other sushi was fine. Unfortunately we won’t be back.
