One of my favourite, if not my favourite, Japanese spots for a good-sized bento box, with miso on the side. Service is always so kind and friendly. Moved away and still come back to Milford for the chicken bento box!

Wednesday night early dinner.
It was not busy and I didn’t need to make a reservation. I would say that you should make a reservation if possible as it picked up pace during our visit.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Our main server came to us verbally offering vegetarian and vegan options, they were mindful of our dietary requirements and gave relevant options.
Food came within 10-15mins.
Enjoyed the meal overall and would go back again.

I paid $25.99 for a bowl of seafood udon and a small cup of water. The udon noodles were good but more like a small serving in Japan, and the seafood was scanty. It was not worth $25.99. The crab was in its shell legs and difficult to eat. If it had tsukemono and hot green tea it would still have been overpriced.

my colleague and I needed a quick meal at lunch time, and as newbies in town, we walked into Arigato as it looked like a family owned business. Service was perfect, really patient and attentive, and the food was fresh, and simply yummie. I definitely recommend the chicken bento box, great value for money.

Easy to miss along the street. Plenty of sushi, katsubi or udon soup and noodles available. Pricing is good and the service is efficient and very polite. Servings were of a good size and the taste was also very good. Plenty of beer, wine, soft drinks or sake available also. Parking can be a challenge due to the location, however plenty of parking down the road at the supermarket is best if you can not get a park.on the main street.

Wasn’t out first choice but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the dishes and good selection on the menu to cater for all appetites. Ordering made simple with photographs of all the dishes available. Good selection of beverages to compliment the meals. Service was friendly and efficient

The prawn and vegetable tempuras are delicious! Everything tasted very fresh.
The sashimi platter had a variety of 3 types of fish, although slices were on the thinner side.
The teriyaki eel and salmon were nice, although the portions were quite small despite prices of bento sets being in the upper $20s range. It was balanced with lots of tempura in each set.
