Coming from a chef, the pizza was satisfying. Bread was soft, edges were toasty and was very cheesy. But it could use more sauce. Very thin layer of sauce that I could hardly taste. The food truck is parked in a car dealer lot, which is fine, they had picnic tables outside with umbrellas, but not all tables had umbrellas, so we decided to eat it somewhere else. Overall, it’s quick and satisfying.
