I recently stopped by Ariana Gyros & Kabobs and left super impressed! the chicken kabob was outstanding – juicy, perfectly seasoned with those warm Watani spices, grilled to tender perfection, and full of smoky flavor. Served with fluffy rice, a big fresh salad (crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, olives – so bright and refreshing!), and that soft, warm bread on the side… it hit all the right spots.
I also tried the shami kabob – what a delicious surprise! Crispy on the outside, flavorful ground meat patty inside with great spices – paired amazingly with the rice and chutney/sauce. Portions are generous, everything tasted fresh and homemade, and the price is unbeatable for the quality.
The gyros look killer too (beef/lamb mix or chicken options), and the staff was welcoming and quick. Clean spot, great vibes – if you’re in the mood for authentic Mediterranean -style kabobs or a solid gyro, this place delivers big time. Definitely coming back to try more! Highly recommend the chicken kabob plate.

Ariana Gyros & Kabobs on Center Parkway is hands down one of the best hidden gems in Sacramento. Every single bite is packed with flavor and freshness. The bolanee was perfectly seasoned and fried just right, the kabob was tender and juicy, and the portions were incredibly generous. You can tell everything is made fresh like as if you’re eating at mamas house and that’s a high compliment coming from me.
The chapter kabob plate was phenomenal, flavorful, well-cooked, and hot the spot. The pita was fresh and warm, the sauces are rich and delicious, and everything pairs perfectly together. I loved the food here. I have tried every halal place there is and I’m a big fan of bolani and gyros and it was the best experience. The quality of food was also really good and the price was definitely worth it. I forgot to clean my camera which is why the pictures didn’t come out that clean.
