Highly disappointed with our first & last visit here. The hummus we tried the triple dip. All 3 flavors were much to thick and lacked flavor. The pita bread was probably the worst I have ever had. The Gyro Nachos would probably been much better if the chips weren’t stale. You can clearly see from the tables or the front counter the large bag of tortilla chips from Costco wide open. Close & seal the bag after each use.

Ariana’s used to be my go to place for food but never going back to this place again. They charge more money and give less food (half the portion of what they used to give). I complained several times and all they say is “were sorry, we will tell management but nothing happens. They continue to scam ppl with higher price and lesser food. They have lost alot of customers because of this. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The employees at this restaurant are consistently rude and disrespectful, which is unacceptable. Furthermore, the restaurant is often dirty, negatively impacting the overall customer experience. There is reason to believe that the positive reviews about the restaurant are fabricated by its own employees, as I can personally attest. Additionally, the prices charged by the restaurant are unreasonably high for the quality of the offerings. On one occasion, I found a hair in my food, which was both gross and unsanitary. These issues call for immediate attention and action by the restaurant to improve employee behavior, cleanliness, and pricing practices.

I’m been here twice now and can say the eggplant dish is delicious and the garlic fries are pretty good. The gyro bowl meet was very dry and it tasted like it was all drenched in salt. Portions are not that big like some say but it’s enough food. Customer service is poor and the restaurant needs cleaning. The floors are very slippery even with my non-slip shoes.

I don’t get to enjoy gyros very often, but I’ll be judging all others by the one I had here at Ariana. The meat was cooked very well, had lots of flavor, and was very filling at a good price. Was strongly considering ordering another one to go, but now I’ll have a good reason to make a return trip soon!
