My colleague and I visited this small spot for lunch. The place is cozy, with only five or six tables at most. We were the first customers of the day, but the staff seemed busy preparing catering orders. We had to get their attention a couple of times, but each time the lady in the kitchen responded very kindly. Overall, it felt like an intimate neighborhood dining experience.
We ordered the lunch specials: lamb (around $17) and chicken kebabs (around $16). Each plate came with warm pita bread, hummus, a small appetizer salad, basmati rice, and grilled tomatoes. For the salad, we chose the Greek salad.
The Greek salad was a nice appetizer, and the warm pita bread was a pleasant touch. The hummus tasted house-made. It was thick, rich, and full of nutty flavor. I honestly wished I had bought extra to take home.
I didn’t try the lamb myself, but my colleague really enjoyed it. My chicken kebab was very flavorful, though I wished it had been a bit more tender. The basmati rice paired well with the grilled tomatoes and was quite tasty.
Overall, we had a very satisfying lunch and left feeling full and happy.

The place is very clean and lovely. The salad is so fresh! Everything is just as delicious as you can imagine. My kids and us finished all the food. The waitress and chef are very friendly. So, we would love to visit again.

My two favorite things here are the baklava and hummus. We’ve ordered from here at least 4 times. The last time I actually went to pick up my food. I was craving the baklava, but ended up ordering a lunch platter, hummus, and two pieces of baklava. I love the freshness of the food. The staff was very friendly. He remembered when I called to ask about the baklava. He even gave me a little discount. I love supporting mom and pop restaurants like this. Next time my family and I will have to dine in. It’s in a nice location.

Listen, people… Aria Mediterranean Cuisine, Swarthmore, PA, is THE BEST food I have eaten all year! The hummus and babaganush served with warm pita wedges are so tasty and creamy and rich, you will enjoy it by themselves as delightful meals. I tried the warm lamb kabob and salmon kabob, made in a light, delicious wrap with lettuce, onions, tomatoes and tzaziki sauce. It was a magnificent blend of warm and cool flavors that blended beautifully to my palate. My mind and taste buds were experiencing the delight of fresh healthy food at the same time feeling so amazingly gratified by an assembly of deliciousness. I really enjoyed the food. When I mentioned to Azeem, the owner/chef, about how much I enjoyed the meal, he made me his specialty fish!! Mildly spiced cajun swahi grilled in virgin olive oil. Man, the hits kept on coming!
Friends, I usually take a lot of pictures to show of my meal. I was so hungry and enjoying the meal so much, I did not take my signature presentational food showcase.

Highly recommend this place, very authentic and delicious food, placed a delivery order for chicken curry and three bean salad. I’m very satisfied with everything. Food arrived fast and was able to enjoy a hot tasty, fresh dish. This is my first time trying this place, looks like they got a new repeatable customer. Looking forward to trying thier other selections. I have high hopes. .

First time in the area and always looking for authentic gyro. Sadly I was very disappointed. The gyro meat was garbage. Only part that was good was the pita bread. I’m sure they have other fine choices but if it’s a real gyro you’re looking for do ot go.
