This place is now tied fir my favorite Korean BBQ place in the region. They have a great deal, AYCE for 50 dollars which includes all meats and sushi, premium included. I was most excited for the yukhoe which you can order endless amounts of. What really blew me away, however, was the service. At many other Korean BBQ places, you have to wave down a worker to to order or get more water. Here, that was never the case, and while we knew who our “main waitress” was, every other worker who was nearby or at the table would take check on us and take our order as if we were their table. Oh, and even though it is AYCE, the workers do cook for you, even cutting the meat up, although you can of course cook the meats yourself, too. The menu does say there is a 90 minute limit for the AYCE, so keep that in mind. The food seems to come out at a reasonable pace, so we were full well before then.

If you want amazing Korean BBQ, look no further! The beef combination, featuring prime cuts like short rib and bulgogi, is absolutely mouthwatering. Everything is delicious, and it pairs perfectly with the corn and eggs they cook alongside your meat. The service is top-notch, and the clean atmosphere makes it a fantastic, engaging place to enjoy a special meal with friends or family.

Ari is an excellent choice for Korean BBQ. We’ve been multiple times, and the food is always excellent. The thing that we appreciate most about Ari is that they cook the BBQ at the table, we don’t have to mess with it. We can just relax and eat.
There are 2 of us and we usually get the beef combination for 3. The side vegetables are good, healthy, and not particularly filling and I’m not into soup, in general, which comes with the meal. So, a little extra meat to share provides for a satiating meal without being overly full. We could certainly make do with a beef combination for 2, we’ve just learned it’s not quite the portion we prefer.
We were there on a busy Mother’s day, and arrived shortly before 5:00 and were seated promptly. We noticed by 5:15 all the tables appeared to be full so if you’re going on a busy day at a busy time, it’s probably best to arrive a little early or be prepared to wait a few minutes for a table.
Ari consistently provides an enjoyable Korean BBQ experience.

Food, service and atmosphere were great. We got the beef combo for 2 and drinks, and it came to a little under $90 before tip.
Come hungry, its plenty of food.
My only suggested improvement would be a better explanation of everything in the little bowls. We said we hadn’t been here, but they still didn’t explain what anything was. We just sat awkwardly, not knowing if we were supposed to just eat it.

Started out ok. We were seated and brought water/sides. Server asked if we’d been before to which we replied yes and herein began the problems. There were 3 of us, me female and hungry and 2 20/21 year old males. Hungry men. We ordered and were told it was too much food. I offered an example of what I knew they were capable of eating and she still insisted too much. My son set her straight and we ordered what we ordered. Then it really kicked off. Brisket – She was trying to serve us gray meat and I moved it to the middle for more color/flavor. She promptly turned off the flame. Next up pork belly. I wanted the fat a little more rendered again she disagreed and undid all of my arranging of the meat to cook to our standards. I let her know i wanted it a little more done. She got mad and sent a different server over – he was great didnt fuss with me and let the meat cook, even left the flame on. She came back for the pork bowl and same thing except this time she was immediately moving/turning back over everything I was trying to get cooked. I finally said I just freaking got that where I wanted it. (Uncooked pieces to the middle, toastier pieces to the outside and ocean again she literally flounder off – huffing and ponytail swinging and got the other waiter again. I told him we were fine if she didn’t come back at all. Meanwhile I had to ask him to refill our drinks because she didn’t. We finished out with the guy (they don’t wear nametags) and all was well. He had no problem with cooking a little longer- even asked if it was charred enough. The bill was almost $300 which i don’t mind EXCEPT that she was so awful. For that, I expected better service and food cooked the way we wanted it not whatever she was doing. I’d have understood if I was trying to undercook but I wasn’t. Just a really bad experience and won’t be going back. Spend your hard earned money where it’s appreciated and not where they let their staff nearly ruin it.

My all-time favorite restaurant in all of Texas. All the servers are wonderful, and the food and service are immaculate. Su, the manager, is the most wonderful person, and I was surprised that the owners of this place personally serve the food and grill for the customers as well. No wonder why this business is so well ran. As a Korean from Korea, I fully approve of this place and would highly recommend it to anyone. They can get pretty busy on the weekends and holidays, so I normally choose to go on a chill weekday. I even took my wife’s grandparents and their friends, and they absolutely loved it! ♥️♥️♥️

Tried out their new AYCE sushi and meats option at the Plano location! They rolled out this new menu this week. We got the premium option for $49.99. Great selection and quality for AYCE.

Ari is my favorite Korean BBQ restaurant in DFW. The quality of the meats is fresh and high-quality. Even though it’s packed every time I go, the servers do stop by quite often to help cook the meat, replenish our drinks and sides, or just check up on us.
On my previous visit, we had a party of 6. We planned to order the Large Beef Combination for 4 people plus a couple other dishes, but our waiter said just the combo should be enough. Really appreciate her honesty, as it ended up being just the perfect size for us. We especially loved the corn cheese that is cooked around the edge of the grill.

I love Korean BBQ, and I’ve been to quite a few KBBQ spots around DFW. This place does a good job delivering a solid Korean BBQ experience. The staff takes great care of you, and they’ll even cook for you at times, which is a nice touch.
The reason I’m giving 3 out of 5 stars isn’t because anything was wrong—it really comes down to price and value. Compared to other KBBQ spots in the area, like Lee DaeGam KBBQ & Shabu or Seapot Korean BBQ, those places offer more options, more side dishes, and overall better bang for your buck.
I do wish the pricing here was more affordable for the amount of food offered, and that they included things like dessert or a buffet/sauce bar. That’s probably the biggest thing missing—the lack of a buffet or sauce bar really stands out.
Overall, I don’t dislike this restaurant at all, but for the price, I’d rather pay less, get more food, and choose one of the other KBBQ spots nearby.
