The food was great. We ordered ‘Mix Grill Plate’, which was quite a filling volume.
I wish the steak had a sauce, that’d have been perfect. The price was reasonable.
It comes with a bowl of soup, a bowl of salad, steak and pommes. Good deal!!!!
I recommend the salad buffet.
They were so yummy!
The desert was also delicious!
The staff was extremely friendly, nice, and helpful!
The setting was cosy and beautiful.
Comfy chairs.

Whilst the food, ambience and waiter service was superb, the evening totally ruined by the manager and his horrendous customer service.
There were 7 of us and the bill was being paid separately, (I know I work in hospitality, a total pain). However when you challenge an overcharge of drinks and are met with raised voices from the manager stating “that we have got it wrong, there is no way a drink can be ordered without a chit and we are wrong”. Admittedly some food was missed off individual bills, no problem and no argument, we paid what was outstanding without argument. But talking over us, and not allowing us to explain how they have possibly overcharged the individual. Just rude and poor service.
We agreed to disagree, paid the bill with the manager still raising his voice at us, to then be walking out and him trying to shove €50 in my hands, down my top, inside my jacket anyway he could try and give us the money, whilst still raising his voice.
We left the money and will not be going back. As by this time it became a principal point. This manager should be ashamed of how he handled this situation and the way he treated us. It escalated into something that was not necessary and totally ruined our experience.
There are several solid steak houses in Paderborn with the same quality, Gauchos & La Pampas. Avoid this one unless you want an argument about your bill and your evening ruined!

It pains me to give this place 3 stars. But I suppose I came out not hungry ..
Firstly. They got my 2 yr old sons order wrong. Brought him out the children’s steak. He’s 2 !! Why would he eat a steak .. that was barely cooked.
Their attitude was shocking for an expensive steak house.
My food tasted like the reptile section of a zoo. And smelled like it.
Didn’t offer any apology or discount for clearly an unhappy meal out. #brokethebankforshit
