It was a wise decision to come to Arepita Cafe to try the Venezuelan barbecue. The meat was excellent. But in addition, the attention is magnificent, worthy of being imitated. And we were attended by the owner and chef. Thank you very much! We’ll be back!

We discovered the classy Arepita Cafe hidden away in Alpharetta. The ambiance is very warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. The variety of dishes and different flavors, was a very pleasant surprise. As for the service; it was like you were actually part of this charming Mom & Pop’s family. My Cubano sandwich was the best that I remember since moving to the South. Highly recommend this diamond in the corner of Alpharetta. M2

My family of five came here around 3pm on a Saturday. The place was bustling, but not too busy. The staff greeted us warmly and seemed to know the regulars in the restaurant. It had a very community-oriented feel.

We ordered several appetizers—empanadas, plantains, and a few other dishes. All were tasty and warm and perfectly fried.

Our entrees were unbelievably good: chicken milenesa, two different arepas, a beef dish, and the specialty at the top of the menu. We loved all of them. The passion fruit juice was also very good.

We very much enjoyed our time at Arepita and would love to come back soon. We hope they open a restaurant closer to us in east atlanta some day.

PS – one of us is gluten free and the menu was very accommodating and accessible!

I recently dined at this wonderful place and was truly impressed! The atmosphere is inviting, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The menu is a delightful array of options, but I have to highlight the arepas they are simply fantastic! Each bite is bursting with flavor, showcasing the care and creativity put into the dishes.

Whether you’re a fan of traditional fare or looking to try something new, this restaurant has it all. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy great food in a welcoming environment. I’ll definitely be returning soon

Absolutely adore this place. If you’ve never had a Cachapa, then do yourself a favor and get one because it is utterly life-changing. Food is just incredible and the owner is the friendliest guy you’ll ever meet. What I love most is that they take joy in educating you on the food. Marcela ( one of the workers) is from Venezuela and spent 10 minutes with me explaining the menu, different sauces, HOW to eat the food…I say all this to say that if you’ve never had Venezuelan food then you shouldn’t feel anxious or intimidated because they LOVE first timers. 10/10 establishment!
