Came here to try their fried rice and was disappointed even after asking for the rice to not be salty as I read reviews about the rice being too salty it was still salty. My son ordered a Arepa and he didn’t finish it. He loves Arepa’s so this was a disappointment for him. The cheese was not melted. We ordered tequeno’s and the first bite was warm after that the rest of the tequeno was cold. My friend ordered the caldo de res and It’s not your typical caldo de res. It looked completely different from the picture. There was no meat. They also forgot my empanada that I ordered. The two waitresses were not attentive. I’ll just continue to go to Rica Arepa on Armitage.

I saw a video on Instagram from Cousin Vinny recommending this spot for the fried rice and had to come try it out myself. Unfortunately the rice was not as good as it looks. The chicken fried rice I ordered looked delicious but was way too salty and some of the rice was not cooked through it was pretty hard. I didn’t get to try any of their other dishes so I can’t say all of their food was bad. I just do not recommend the fried rice. Also the young woman taking orders was not very friendly or polite for this being a new restraunt.

I had the shrimp & chicken fried rice, an egg roll and some chicken bites (not sure the proper name) and shredded beef empanada. Everything was fresh and simply delicious. The fruit juices are delicious. I’m so happy we decided to try this place. It was a treat. The customer service was in point.

I came here because I seen Cousin Vinni food review on Insta… LET ME TELL YOU… it was fire. I recommend eating in store.. the fried combo rice was bomb… the Tequenos was fire..the empanadas was good both chicken and shrimp. My family was very happy I picked this spot. The waitress Veronica was amazing.. she will tell you her English is not very good but I understood her just fine.. she was super sweet and kind, very attentive. We going back
