Area 337 is bringing to Lake Charles a authentic latino kitchen full of extraordinary flavor. Our goal it’s to present to you some of our culture by trying different dishes from multiple countries between central and south America without forgetting our amazing islands in the caribbean that also take a huge part of our kitchen. We’ll also cover a variety of drinks like the Cuban mojito and the tasty Puerto Rican piña colada. We offer a full service bar, indoor and outdoor seating so you can enjoy all type of activitys with friends and family.

Having never eaten authentic Latino food I was impressed with the service, food, and atmosphere. The waitress and owner were extremely patience and informative about the various menu items. The establishment was clean and inviting with cultural music and decor. The food portions were plentiful and priced accordingly. Being Cajun, I did expected more spices and seasoning of the food but I wouldn’t classify it as bland.

Nice place with variety of latino food. We ordered the Surf and Turf and Pollo con Tajadas (Honduran). Very tasty. The yucca was delicious too. For dessert we had a tres leches cake! It was so yummy! Really recommend this place. It’s pretty busy so expect a wait. (Very worth it)
