Ardor’s vision is simple. We focus on the raw products that make great pizza and execute those products in a consistent and unique way. Watch our culinarians pull fresh mozzarella. See them roast ripe tomatoes for our sauce right in our Wood fired Oven. Our Chefs mix pizza dough daily with a custom blend of Local ground and Italian 00 flour. Our Focus is showing passion behind the product and to have the product always in front of our guests. Ardor park is the culmination of an effort to create a new structure within the industry in what food service can look like for its workers and guests.

Atmosphere is great!
We’re thrilled Ardor Park has come to Canandaigua and will definitely be back!
We ordered online for pickup, so I didn’t spend a lot of time there, but the space is cool with the kitchen out in the open. It is a little loud and they don’t take reservations, so keep that in mind when you plan your visit.
Our order was ready when I arrived and pick up was a smooth and easy process. Will definitely be back soon.
Trashy music playing too loud.
Inside looks nice and is cute beyond the music.
Pizza was a let down. Overproofed dough.
Cheap sauce
Poor quality mozzarella.
I know they just opened so hopefully its just opening weekend jitters and they get better quality ingredients.
Waitress saved the whole experience
We were blown away with how delicious everything was! The menu is limited but the flavor of everything makes up for it. The wings are an absolute must try, very unique but so good (the only thing that could possibly make them better is if they had crispier skin but that’s personal).
The carnivore pizza was absolutely smothered in toppings, and the pina loca pizza was surprisingly tasty given the interesting assortment of ingredients. Everything overall was cooked well, the dough is fantastic and with it being wood fired just brought it to the next level.
It is definitely more of a “special” outing for us as the prices are a bit higher than you’d find at a regular pizza shop, but the quality of ingredients, great service and overall good experience makes it worth it. We will definitely be back!
Edit: I just tried ordering and was met with an ai ordering guy instead of a real person. Guess I’ll go back in person but definitely will not order takeout unless they change this. Bummer!
