Nice quite place to have a good pizza..

We order 2 pizzas and some bread sticks.. got talked into putting the mozzarella on it.. and it was definitely worth it.

Both pizza came out in a good time and were crispy and tasty.

Their Caesar dressing was also good. (It cost .75)

We’ve gone twice. The food is really well done. The meatballs are one of our favorites. Only thing we didn’t enjoy was our pizza took a little longer than before. We were told they were waiting for us to finish our appetizer. However we would have preferred to eat it all together. We had kids and they were waiting on the pizza. But we will definitely return. The price and food are worth the hiccups. And the staff is always friendly and helpful. Side note, we wished you had a gluten free pizza for one of our family members. They always killing the pizza night vibes

You will not find more authentic pies anywhere near here. Hands down my favorite pizza spot. Arditi’s deserves to be on Diners, Drive In’s, and Dives. True to the craft and you’d have to milk a cow and pick tomatoes off the vine to get any fresher tasting mozz and marinara. Can’t say enough, the staff is courteous and the owners heart is clearly in it. ‘Nuff said.

The TL;DR: Pretty damn good pizza.

It’s a tad on the spendy side for the size of pizza (~11-12″), but the flavors entirely make up for that.

I had the “Carnosa” ($19 – essentially what is their “meat lovers”) and “Amerena” ($17 – has caramelized onions and sausage).

The dough was the perfect amount of chewy, soft, crispy, crunchy and a tad charred. It was excellent dough. The sauce was perfectly seasoned.

They were both delicious pizzas, but I preferred the meat lovers a bit more.

If I’m craving some pizza, this is where I’ll be getting it from. Definitely recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself a bit.

While flavor was good, thinner than thin crust and VERY skimpy toppings. We like thin but this was super thin. We ordered a Margherita (literally 2 pieces of basil on whole pie), Cinque Formaggio (apply last comment on basil), and Bolognese (barely any meatballs, some pieces completely without, if we didn’t manipulate). When a very basic Margherita is $12 and other two are $16 ea., would absolutely expect far better presentation. When a pizza is defined by ingredients, every piece should contain said ingredients. This was our first try so now we know. Only attaching 2 photos as 3rd pie wasn’t photo worthy. Thanks!

Small place, friendly staff, pizza is great fresh & hot. You can see them preparing your food & it cook in the oven. Don’t be afraid of the burnt crust, it is good & not burnt. The toppings have a different flavor than your regular pizza toppings. They have indoor & outdoor dining tables.

Let’s begin with the service. Overall, it was very good. The staff reflects a younger, energetic team, and their attentiveness was solid. There is nothing to fault on that front.

The food itself is quite good, particularly considering how difficult it is to find a pizzeria that truly commits to wood fired, stone oven pizza. The dough is freshly made, the ingredients appear fresh, and the craftsmanship suggests care. Notably, it seems the cook may also be the owner, though this cannot be confirmed, which often contributes to the quality and passion behind the food.

However, food quality must also be evaluated through the lens of food safety and handling. While waiting for my order near the restaurant’s specialty bar, everything initially appeared flawless, almost exemplary, until closer observation raised concerns.

The chef, wearing black gloves while handling food, proceeded to move a trash bin, discard waste, and reposition the bin without changing or removing the gloves afterward, including the glove that made contact with the interior of the trash can. Food preparation then continued with those same gloves. While this may have been an oversight, it is a critical one in any food service environment.

Shortly after, a second issue occurred. A line prep staff member approached the chef to ask whether an item had spoiled. The chef confirmed it had, then accepted the item using the same gloves. It is also worth noting that the prep staff member was not wearing gloves and had been handling cash moments earlier. After placing the item down, the chef again continued preparing food without changing gloves.

At that point, as my order was nearing completion, I chose to take the food to go and ultimately discarded it due to uncertainty about potential cross contamination.

One additional observation, less critical but worth mentioning, was that the cook, prep staff, and cashier were not wearing hair restraints, while the dishwasher was. While this may not concern every guest, it does raise questions about consistency in sanitation standards.

While the food and service show genuine promise, these lapses in food handling protocol are significant. For that reason, I do not plan to return until the restaurant has undergone a health inspection or demonstrates clearer adherence to proper food safety practices in the coming months.

Absolutely knockdown-dragout amazing experience from beginning to end. The staff were super nice, and the owners were running the oven and made sure to chat with you and make sure you’re enjoying your food. And the food! Oh the food! You will not find better pizza in a 10 mile radius if this hidden gem. The crust was perfection and the topings were emaculate. It’s not the largest selection of options and the prices are right where you’d expect a local, small business, pizza place to be charging, but it’s well worth it. Go here, go here soon, you won’t regret it.

I love pizza, specifically wood fired! I found out about Arditi from a colleague after discussing our favorite pizza spots in Gwinnett County. He mentioned this place so I placed an order on my way home. I walked in to a friendly staff around 3:40pm which was obviously slow. They made 2 pies for me, all with fresh ingredients, in a matter of minutes. The oven cooking them to perfection in just 2-3 minutes! They’re smaller sized pies, so consider one per person for most appetites. I ordered one Diavola & one Meatball & Funghi. Both were great, the crust is a little softer than I was hoping for, but that did not take away from the experience or the taste.
They had a decent amount of tables inside if you chose to stay here to enjoy your food, they also have a nice outdoor patio area with additional tables that could accommodate several more parties. They have several beers in the selection, as well as your normal rotation of soft drinks.
This place will not disappoint if you want a quality pie. It is also worth mentioning, they had a perfect health score posted on their wall, always nice to see that. I will be back in the future for another.
