At first glance, the place was a bit more industrial looking than I thought, but I think it might be the corporate headquarters. The store was not busy on a Sunday afternoon. We went in and the employee greeted us and was friendly while we decided what to get. We got an açaí bowl with sea moss add-in and shared. It was great. I like how it wasn’t sugared up like many are. The granola and peanut butter were fresh and tasty.

Fun fact, I’ve been getting fueled by Arden’s Garden smoothies since the early 90’s. Back in the day, Arden herself was often at the Piedmont store dispensing advice. She took one look at me and said, “wheat grass.” The Sylvan Store is hidden away around the corner from Arden’s Garden headquarters. There are umbrellas and a patio shaded by pear trees. If you’re in East Point, seek it out.

They are very inspirational people that are out there trying to help people with healthy options. The shots are powerful (especially the ginger!!). I saw a lot of fruit based options and also noticed a few that were low in sugar too.

Let me tell you, my boyfriend found this place as a result of a negative experience I had at another place around the corner not even worth mentioning!!! BUT ARDEN GARDEN IS completely amazing. It’s a vibe being alive. Great food that is alive!!!! great options definitely worth coming. I support this establishment and what the owner has done in the community 1000% Bachata Diva approves.!!!!
