I visited Arden Indy for a birthday party. I would like to mention that they do not have a liquor license, so they cannot serve alcohol. The restaurant is extremely cute. I like that there is live music. The music is ok, there is room for improvement. I do not like the fact people were able to dance around the tables and by my food. It is not enough room for that. I couldn’t enjoy my food because there were too many different smells from musty armpits to different colognes and perfumes. Booty’s were bumping my table. They were bumping and grinding. Lord take the wheel! Arden Indy is not a club, so club behavior should not be allowed. It is supposed to be classy and peaceful so that people can enjoy the experience, if that’s what you want to call it. Please listen to customer suggestions. Without us there would not be an Arden Indy. Revise your menu and get your liquor license.

I went here for my birthday. The atmosphere was beautiful. The food was amazing. We paid for the brunch online but was served to order due to number of purchased tickets. The food and service did not disappoint. Highly recommend Arden Indy.

Such a vibe! Arden Indy totally delivered—the food was amazing, seriously delicious. We had the all you can eat brunch bar and bottomless mimosa on a Saturday morning. The music was jammin’ the whole time, giving major feel-good energy. It was a little loud for chatting, but honestly? Worth it. The place is super cute and fun, like if a trendy club decided to let you actually sit down and enjoy yourself. Definitely coming back when I’m in the mood to dance in my seat and eat something bomb.

I’m leaving this as I visited all the way from Texas to celebrate my aunt’s bday. We had a party of 22 to come for brunch today. The location is cute and has potential but that’s seriously about IT.
I didn’t realize that it was buffet style but, ok.
They had one server bringing mimosas that only had orange juice ( I’m allergic) so I asked for maybe cranberry juice or pineapple juice. They were incapable of making that happen because the mimosas were premade. I’ve never heard of that in all my years, but again, ok. We then get in line to get our food and there was no meat. We are seated at tables 1-10 but tables 14-20 were called to stand in line first. Please make it make sense. Needless to say the other tables were served nice thick fresh waffles and by the time we got there they were serving frozen Eggo waffles. We couldn’t eat our chicken as it hadn’t been plucked AT ALL.. full of feathers!! That means that they weren’t cleaned.
In a nut shell:
No air: everyone was hot
Food: they weren’t prepared for of the number of people that reserved.
Mimosas: premade is a no no
Get your license to give your customers a full experience.
As a restaurant owner I know first hand that all prepared meats should be cleaned thoroughly especially chicken.
I’m asking you’ll to please get straws that are in paper. It’s extremely unsanitary to have straws placed in water cups by anyone else’s hands, Or bringing them and handing them out.
There are so many other little things but I think I I covered the majority that stood out.

Arden is such a gem in Indianapolis! The décor is absolutely adorable, with so many cute spots perfect for taking photos. It feels like you’ve been transported to a chic destination outside of town.
The food was fantastic – every bite was memorable – but the tea? Absolutely next-level! It’s a must-try. To top it all off, the live entertainment was incredible and added such a unique vibe to the evening.
If you’re looking for a spot that’s more than just a meal, Arden is where it’s at. Highly recommend for a fun, out-of-town experience without leaving the city!

The food was very mid-range with it being more like a hotel breakfast. Staff was not overly attentive or explanatory. You can’t enter until exactly the time on your reservation. But the ambiance was nice, great for photos or a bachelorette party. Online it says no jeans or loungewear but lots of people showed up in those anyway and it caused an inconsistent spread of information.

Now the place is cute and definitely gives the vibe of a rolling out the red carpet when you walk in. The red carpet guides you to the front desk. I took my daughter since I knew she would love it. We were seated and provided a menu. Looking at the menu, I noticed it wasn’t a big selection, but I rather enjoyed that. Prices were not too bad until I saw the cup size and the food. The bacon was that microwaveable bacon, so pieces were thin n small. All in all, I thought I would get fresh cooked food, and that was not what I received. However, I would like to try for dinner menu. N hopefully it will be better.

I went recently on a trip to Indy and decided to check out this cute little place by myself. Despite there not being anyone else there it took over 20 minutes to get my drink that had chunks of chocolate syrup, I had clumps of it in my straw. I was looking around for my server to order 5-10 minutes after I had received my drink. I was ready to order when my drink arrived but she just walked away when a party of 3-4 people came in and my order was taken after theirs. I ordered chicken and waffles that came with fruit. I have a melon allergy and asked the waitress 3 times to ensure there was not melon in the fruit or I would have simply substituted for a different side. After being there for close to an hour I got my food and ate my waffles while picking at the fruit. I started to feel strange and breaking out in hives. That’s when I noticed there was indeed melon in my fruit. Somewhat frantically I got the waitress’ attention was given a box and a check. I brought the issue to her attention and wasn’t given an apology just that she didn’t think there was melon in there, if you work at a restaurant it’s your job to know. Or alternatively if you don’t know ASK. I paid it so I could get out of there ASAP to the closest pharmacy a few blocks away. I called the manager afterwards and explained the situation and he told me he would refund me. I never got my refund. I reached out two more times after that to try to settle things internally and was told a manager would reach back out to me but never did. I had to file a dispute with my bank. While the atmosphere was cute, there was nothing good about the service/food quality

As much as it pains me to leave a bad-ish review, I feel I owe it to the people to be honest. The food is not good. No one at my table liked or finished their meal. Service was slow but our waitress was super nice. The drinks were actually really good, mine was strong.
We had to ask for water, we weren’t checked on for at least 30 mins, my green beans were cold, I only had 4 shrimp in my shrimp bowl, a friend sent back her chicken.
Also, my opinion, they should get rid of paper menus and either do QR code or switch to a laminated or leather bound.
Also, also, my biggest complaint is that they ran out of lamb chops. My review may have been very different but who knows ♀️
For the price, the food absolutely isn’t worth it, but the drinks for the price and taste are worth it. I’d recommend coming and enjoying the vibes esp if there’s live music, having a few drinks and making dinner plans elsewhere downtown.
UPDATE: In the spirit of fairness, I’ll add they ended up comping our meals after I posted my review so, that was very nice of them.
