This was a welcome dessert stop on our way through town. The sales clerk, I think, was the manager. His name was Paul. He was sooooo welcoming and kind while we were there. He told us where to get some coupons and discounts. He greeted all the customers with a smile. He walked about the dining room asking everyone how their food was. He even cleaned the bathrooms!!
The ice cream was tasty and sweet. We got back on the highway with some smiles and happy tummies.

Was craving Arctic Circle and ordered right at opening. They told us they messed up on our shake, to be honest, we would’ve never noticed. But they gave us the correct one free of charge! We appreciate their honesty and generosity!

Great fresh food. $0.75 small fries is an outstanding deal that makes this place affordable again or even cheaper when compared to other fast food.
The shorter older gentleman cashier was the friendliest and best cashier I have ever seen in my whole life in any retain environment. He made sure we were all happy as he double checked our order was correct and delivered it to our table. Completely unheard of nowadays. Deserves a huge raise and bonus.

The teenage boys were awesome and working super hard to get the orders out and were super nice. There was a purple haired manager who was fully screaming at the boys to work harder and do their job from the back. I felt so bad for the boys and definitely didn’t think they needed to be yelled at especially because they seemed untrained and hardworking.

Rude person who took our order. I really have never been more disappointed when going somewhere. Wasnt looking for great service but wasn’t expecting it to be rude and awful
Ordered and didn’t know the lobby closed in 5 minutes so he said “to stay or go? Actually our lobby closes in 5 minutes you’re not staying” then didn’t know the chicken tenders didn’t come with a drink and had my husband go back up to by another and he threw the cup at my husband and said “here just take your drink” and was extremely rude. Absolutely astonished as a fast food employee I could never imagine treating someone like this.

If you are coming here after the USU game for a free sundae, make sure to bring your ticket, even though they say you don’t need it at the game. Had to pay $10 for two sundaes that weren’t even halfway filled. Don’t think they will be nice and give a pass for not knowing to keep your tickets, they won’t.

Just got some free ice cream after the USU game. Employees were unhappy to be there (to their credit, there were like 50 college students there for free ice cream). Ice cream was fantastic!
