Amazing treats, customer service and atmosphere! My husband and I are visiting with family (coming up from Arizona) and stopped in for some delicious treats and were overwhelmed with the kindness of the employees! They offered us free samples of their new flavors of cones(Blue coconut was my favorite!) And made a delicious shake in record time!

As I write this review, I am sitting in the dining room. As I waited for my food the restaurant got busy, the staff look confused and lost. They didn’t know how to handle the rush. I never saw one team member with gloves. To the gentleman who was in the back assembling the sandwich/food never once saw him warring gloves. But I did see him touch his face over and over then proceeded to making food again. Pleas retrain ur staff.

Mohammed was seriously very nice and hospitalic, even though i’m homeless he allowed me to use the restroom and even gave me a curtousy cone, N I didn’t have any money!! I understand restaurants are businesses.. But at the end of the day, we are all still people.And a lot of businesses these days will straight turn away a homeless person that has to use the restroom.And has literally nowhere else to go in the near vicinity.. it probably will never cross their mind, but that literally leaves an individual with only one option which is to degrade yourself and to find a spot.That’s hidden where you are able to relieve yourself.Which is unavoidable.. i honestly think it should be illegal to turn away a person needing to use the restroom.Especially when a lot of times it leads to people before I became homeless.I found human feces behind big stores like sprouts.. but instantly, I knew most likely the cause was because someone was unable to use the restroom at a business, they were homeless and out of options.And so they had to do what they had to do. I partly agree with this because myself I will always have a bag or something to at least clean it up with.But I almost don’t fault them for giving it back to the MAN!! THANK YOU ARTIC CIRCLE

As I was ordering at at the order taker speaker at the drive-through I drive a Tesla so on warmer days the fan is going to keep the batteries cool no way for me to turn it off. They couldn’t hear me was frustrating for me at first and was just gonna pull out of the drive-through and go somewhere else when I looked up and seen one of the representatives from this amazing restaurant approaching my car to take my order that is the way you are supposed to take care of your customers! (way to go guys) I will definitely be back to this location. didn’t even have to wait very long for my food..

I will never visit this restaurant again. First of all this place is a dump. The floors were sticky the restroom was filthy and smelled. The service is awefull. When we pulled up there were 5 cars in the drive thru. 35 minutes later we had not moved a single inch. We went into the store to order and the store had 2 groups of people. It was not busy. I don’t know why they are so slow. But it is this way every visit.
The food is fine. But the halibut has changed. The price is 15$ but it is half the size it used to be and honestly I do not think it was halibut.
The worst part about this low grade food establishment is the fact that they are priced higher than every single other fast food establishment. A large soda with tax was 3.59. the small fry and 4 small fish sticks was 14.99 a small shake 5 +$
Don’t go here they do not offer the quality they used to the have low grade products and outrageous prices. If I could give them a zero star I would.

I ordered two hamburgers, two drinks and a large fry. I got two cheeseburgers.?? I didn’t have the time to wait. Ate them away. They good. We were even asked if we wanted cheese and we both said no.

The shakes were good, but I ordered a key lime shake and it was literally just vanilla. The Lime Ricky’s were good, but there was no fresh lime in them, which I am not used to, but that is no big deal. What really bothered me was the staff interaction. The guy at the window told me the price, and said nothing else. He handed me my food and shakes, still saying nothing. I handed it to my passenger, and turned to tell the employee to have a good night and he had walked away so fast I didn’t even have a chance. Everyone there seemed like they hate their job.

I always get the fried cheese curds, fries and a shake. I love it all! I wish there were an extra large version of the fried cheese curds because they are that good. Curds I’ll have to order more next time!
