Food was decent… Bun was dry and falling apart though.
Employees were friendly with a rehearsed “welcome in”. But nothing special, nothing to set them apart or earn stars.
They were nice enough to give me a coupon (expired 12/31/2024) THANK YOU!

Waited half hour at window, wondering, if they would ever take our order, said they would be with us in a minute, bit 15 min later…then I ordered cookie dough shake with cookie dough on the side (I have always had it this way) when I got to the window they said the manager wouldn’t let them put cookie dough on the side, why the heck not???? Don’t know? I’m going to Culver’s, good bye arctic circle , forever!!

There are multiple locations. However, the drive-through line will back up with several vehicles at this location.
Family favorites are the ice cream cones or the various shakes; banana/strawberry, Oreo cookie or mint Oreo cookie, cookie dough, etc.
Recently ordered a raspberry shake, and it was great!
Overall, it’s still a three star rating.

Arctic Circle has always been one of my favorite places, especially since I am from Idaho and they have Arctic Circle everywhere there are used to anyway. I don’t know about recent. Anyway, one of my favorites is the mushroom Swiss burger I mostly like it from Arctic Circle. I don’t go to Arctic Circle as much because of the prices now. The Kearns restaurant was nice and clean. You could tell some of the people there were starting training or had just came out of training. The girl forgot to give me my cup for my drink, and then they gave me my food on a tray when I asked for it to go. I will still go there, but not as often like I said the price is a lot, and sometimes the food isn’t always the best. Luckily the day I went my sandwich was fine. The bread was not hard..

Messed up my order. They mixed a flavor blast into my root beer float. I ordered a regular root beer float. It’s almost like they didn’t turn off the machine from a previous ice cream—not sure how they make it.
Disappointed.

Everything is fried in beef tallow. Such a more healthy option than other major burger chains. The prices are some much better also, for better quality food and friendly service.

Me and my partner come to eat here occasionally, each time has been good he likes the chicken tenders, and the fries. The fries and shakes are the stars! Good customer service as well, very friendly.

This arctic circle is in our neighborhood. It’s gone through a couple of management changes and the current ownership seems to be running things a little better. Plan for a little extra time during The Rona. The reason it doesn’t get five stars from me is because all Arctic Circles could use a remodeling of the dining area, and I wish this location in particular would bring back their outdoor tables.

I waited 30 minutes for my food then was still charged 30 cents for some fry sauce even after I put in the order and was told it would be put in the bag I had to walk in and get it after the fact I already payed in the drive through. And the lady at the counter had attitude too.
