Went to this Arctic Circle recently because it has a fun kids play place that is actually open. The food was good. I got a Taco Salad and there was a very nice employee lady that helped me and made my salad exactly the way I wanted. I’m a very picky eater and she made my food correctly. Salad was good. The taco meat in the salad was hot and tasted fresh. I did really like the tortilla bowl. Everything was good and they do accept their Arctic Circle coupons from their website that you can show them on your cell phone. Will return again. Thanks 🙂

Zero stars. By far, the most unprofessional employees I’ve EVER seen. Walked into 2 employees throwing fries in each other’s mouths from the front counter to the kitchen. One employee in the back belching as loud as possible. And one dropping F bombs in the kitchen every 5 seconds. They just had the mop in the bathroom, now it’s leaning in the counter where people order food. Even though its surprisingly clean, the place is a joke.

I love Arctic Circle, but they really let me down this time. Normally, their chicken tenders are crispy but instead they were soggy, not-so-well cooked tenders. Even the fries were soggy. It’s not worth the price if they come out this way. I’m very dissatisfied.

5 stars for the customer service. All the staff was very genuine and willing to help out when taking my order and wanting information on the options they provide. They were even kind to let us come in 10 minutes before closing their in restaurant dining to make an order, especially since taking our order and preparing the food went past the 10 minutes.
The food was average for me. The bread was a little stale. The fries lacked salt. The chocolate truffle raspberry shake was amazing! And I did enjoy their chicken sandwich.

Came in while waiting for the bus to come. It was my first time at an Artic Circle and I was pleasantly surprised. The milkshake price was a little high, and they forgot to add my marshmallow mix in. That’s why I dock the star. Still very tasty, though.

Decided to let the kids go in to order. I sat in the car. The drive through was a little busy 3 cars past the ordering box. No big deal. I looked at what car was there when I decided to let the kids go in. At 15 minutes, I called my daughter and she said it was bust inside. I had seen the car and then many more go through the line. We ordered 2 shakes and fries. Fries came in 5 minutes. It took 4 rounds of cars in the drive through to get 2 shakes. I was fed up waiting and went in…. 25 minutes for 2 small shakes. Never again.
