The Angus Bacon Cheeseburger, is more bread than anything else, it is very lacking in beef not a good choice, not to mention the bare minimum of bacon to be able to call it a “Bacon Cheeseburger” The tots were either over fried or fried in really dirty old oil, the flavor was not good, the fry sauce did not help mask the nasty flavor of the tots.

I love arctic circle, but this place failed to live up to what I’m expecting at a fast food place. I had a few coupons to use, gave them to the cashier. They didn’t give my card back until they gave me my food, and I asked for the receipt since I was worried they didn’t add any of the coupons and they said it was in the bag. I looked at it and they didn’t add any coupons, which is why I chose to eat there that day.
If you can’t use them or figure out how to apply them, ask a manager to help you, or explain what happened to the customer. They took the coupons and not only didn’t apply them but didn’t tell me and were hoping to hide it by putting the receipt in the bag. I don’t expect a lot from teenagers, but hiding their mistake and not owning up to it shows a failure as an employee anywhere.

Our most recent visit to Arctic Circle was awesome! We got shrimp baskets. The shrimp was plump, hot, and delicious!! Very good cocktail sauce. We subbed cheese curds (over fries) on one plate and they were soooooo good! Hot and stretchy and a perfectly crispy breading. Just blown away how yummy those are. The chipotle fry sauce is also really good. Hadn’t had that before. We will visit again… Not our first visit to this location. Not our last. Service was also very good and quick (that part not always true)

I loth the new self order kiosks as they dont have all the option for their shakes, i.e. their new special shakes, or add-in’s. We tried to get help but the kid looked at us and turned around not knowing what to do. We just went through the drive through which took us longer but we could order. And its taking forEvvvoooor, as we are currently waiting!!

My husband and I decided to stop by Artic Circle and get a Hot Fudge Sundae tonight. Usually they’re pretty decent and the perfect size portions but I’m truly in shock first at the price tag for 2 sundaes! But, when they were handing them out of the drive-thru window and said the price of $9 and change I REALLY about threw them back in the window! You tell me what you think! I’ve attached some pics I took immediately after I pulled out of the drive-thru!

I like artic circle. They have good fish, and frozen desserts. Dining area was clean, but seemed to be a lot of flies. Plenty of parking, not shared. Great place to take kids.

Food was good. Wait was really long. Employees were so obnoxious, unprofessional and rude. Loudly complaining about customers in the drive thru the entire time, like screaming! Foul language, rude comments.

I want to give this artic circle more than 5 stars because of this experience.
Kendall, the manager was on the ball and has the best customer service that not all managers does. He was a really good manager. When I told him that there was a hair or something on my peanut butter shake that was part of the ingredient, he gave me a free medium shake card to make up for it. Which I was grateful. (Should have gotten (3 stars on the shake because of something that wasn’t peanut butter or ice cream on the shake. But after what he did change my perspective on making 4 stars on the shake.) When me and my family had to have something fast to eat to get back to watch the 3rd session of the LDS conference, he was speedy fast and was the best manager and worker. Not only that with this artic circle location, they really define “fast” in a FAST food restaurant
