This is not the newest or nicest location, but it is a great place to take kids. The play place is fun, and I love that I can see my kids throughout most of the playground.

The hamburgers have always been good there. I placed an order for the breaded mushrooms, a new item on the list . It appears they are mushroom slices and there is more batter them mushroom. You know all the dropping on the bottom of the deep fryer . That what my mushroom order looked like . They were also very , very salted . At two and threw the rest away. Even though the employee asked how my food tasted and I told her horrible. It didn’t bother her I was unsatisfied and she walked away .

I got the 10 dollar number 3 meal and a kids meal, somehow it was $30. This place is a rip off. Also all the sodas tasted like carbonation water. Very rarely am I this disappointed.

We went for ice cream with the family. We purchased 5 ice cream cones (2 chocolate dipped, and 3 flavor blast). The soft serve was so runny that it fell off the cone almost immediately as we were trying to hand it to our kids. We used the drive through so our car is now a giant melted ice cream and chocolate mess. We got the chocolate dipped cones first so we could not see how runny the ice cream was until it was too late.
We went inside and asked the employees for cups to put the melting ice cream into and we told them what happened. They laughed and said, “yeah our ice cream is really runny today”. No apology, no advanced warning as we ordered, no customer service.
That was an absolutely horrible experience.

Worst artic circle I’ve been too. Burger was cold after a long wait. Got an 8 piece mini corn dog since they still don’t have chicken rings. Had to ask for ketchup and they gave me 1 packet.. to top it off, the corn dogs were way over cooked. So they basically let me burger get cold while they over cooked my corn dogs. I’ll stick to the ogden locations now.

We’re visiting family in utah from out of town. We don’t have an arctic circle back home so my kids were super excited to go here for dinner. We experienced fast and friendly service! Food was delicious and my boys played on the indoor playground until they were all tuckered out. Highly reccomend the Layton, Utah location. Do yourself a favor and cool down with one of their yummy shakes, sundaes or an ice cream!
