I’m currently 8 months pregnant, and when a taco salad craving hits, it really hits —so I stopped by Arctic Circle on my way home from work, and I’m so glad I did!
Their taco salad is honestly one of the best in the area. It actually looks fresh and appetizing (which isn’t always the case with fast food), and it tasted just as good as it looked.
Their ice cream machine always works and the ‘M&M Shake’ (comparable to the M&M McFlurry) was sooo good!
On top of that, the service was amazing. The staff was super friendly, and the manager even offered me a cone while I was waiting for my fries—such a kind and unexpected gesture that really made my day.
Great food and even better customer service. I’ll definitely be back!

Feb 6th around 8pm we got our order and drove 12 minutes home, I went to heat up my patty and discovered a large bit mark on it, immediately went to the trash. I would suggest you check your cameras and take the appropriate action. We will never be going here again.

I cannot believe what I was served today. And I can’t believe I tried to finish my meal. There is no quality control here. Customer service was great but unfortunately the way I was served was not.
Ordered Swiss cheese mushroom burger, and you can’t taste the Swiss cheese.
Ordered mini corn dogs and they were burnt!
It’s like if they had them ready in the back and got cold from hours ago and tried to re-fry them.
Update: manager made it right. I wasn’t trying to get a refund but he noticed that food was just not up to standard and made things right for me. Up to a 4 stars, thanks guys.

First off the food is phenomenal. There was even a mix up with our order (it happens, I’mnot mad), but the staff were quick to fix it and the woman manning the drive thru window was a delight. I hope they dont get mad at her for the mix up

Hamburger’s are really good better than McDonald’s I used the 2 cheese burger coupon on their app they always give my a complementary ice cream cone while I wait costumer service is excellent

Food is ALWAYS great. The little older lady at the register is not so pleasant and seems like she’s so annoyed with anyone that comes up to the counter for an order or question.
The places isn’t as clean as it could be, but the food was great.

Went to grab dinner tonight. Paid almost $50 for 4 meals and cheese curds. When we got to the window they took payment, gave us our drinks, and 2/4 meals and closed the window. We sat there for a good 10 minutes while one employee walked back and forth from the lady at expo (im assuming the manager seeing she bossed everyone around and was rude) sat there and yelled at him (he was kind to try and help)
He asked us what our total was and we said “almost $50”. More walking back and forth and yelling. Finally they brought us our 2 other meals. I told my husband to pull forward to check we got everything. We did and whattya know- the cheese curds were missing. $7 worth of food. He parked and went in and turns out they left them under the warmer.
Once we got home (literally 3 miles away) we sat down to eat. My burger (the Swiss mushroom burger) was SO extremely greasy it made it soggy. My husband pulled his out and it was the same way. I had to dab the grease off.
We also noticed the cheese curds tasted like fish. We won’t be going back to this location. Which sucks cause we usually love the food.

Absolute s**t show…nobody in lobby and took 5 minutes for someone to take order, then took 55 minutes for food! Staff had zero care. Go ANYWHERE else and you’ll be thankful you did. Went to counter and couldn’t believe the times on the screens! Wait times are red in the photos. Unbelievable!
