The only thing decent about my meal was the onion rings. The burger was cold. Meat looked low quality. Pretty much anywhere seems like a better food option than here. I’d recommend not visiting this location especially if you have children. Not a good environment especially when their staff and management belittle guests and talk about them in front of them. I get that Rigby doesn’t have much to offer as to the variety of fast food and that sucks. Just be careful. I wouldn’t want my experience to be yours.

I haven’t been to Artic circle in years and now I remember why. I ordered the halibut 3 pieces, 2 fried pickles, pastrami burger and cheese curds for 2 people for $50. I have to say it was the worst halibut I’ve ever had. It was dry and stuck to my teeth. Pickles had way too much pepper and the burger was just mediocre. I pretty much filled up on the fries
The service was also lacking. I ordered 2 drinks with my meal and had to ask for my cups as well as ask for fry sauce, ranch and tarter sauce. Let’s just say it’s been a while and it’s now on my do not go list. Save yourself and go somewhere better for $50. If I ever return… it will only be for the shakes.

Shorter manager with short black hair and glasses made it very known that me and my son were an inconvenience for coming into the dining room at 9:45pm. This was very embarrassing to her co workers who were giving her eyes to “shut up”. When she realized I was right behind her putting lids on my drinks she said she appreciates us coming in. Mmmmhmmm…I won’t be back in. The little Hispanic girl with braces was BEYOND HELPFUL. I appreciated her so much. She was so friendly. I’m not from here so sorry I didn’t realize you closed dining earlier than drive. I’ve worked in food before. That manager needs a humbling lesson.
